K9 Clubhouse

Wonderful place, highly recommended. The workers are professional and seem to really like what they do. The boarding area is very clean and safe. The clubhouse does not have an outside area, but my dog was walked a couple times of day!. There is also a play area inside. more

Recently I switch where my dogs stay while I'm away and found the K-9 Clubhouse in West Babylon.The facility I was using in Deer Park wasn't as honest as everyone thought and I was getting additional hidden charges and it was time for a change. more

I have used K9Clubhouse on several occasions and all I can say is they just get better and better. My dog gets so excited when we pull up in the parking lot, he justs pulls us in. The place is beautiful and you would never know it houses dogs because it is spotless. They staff is so friendly and they get on the floor to greet Max. All I ever heard were great things about K9Clubhouse and all my friends at the dog park use them and talk highly about the place. I wouldn't ever trust my dog with any other place. Max always returns home tired from playing and definately NOT stressed out like he use to before I found K9Clubhouse. I have been to other kennels before K9 and Max would return home all stressed and it would take days for him to bounce back to normal. Im so grateful for finding this place. I can go away with peace of mind and I love the pictures that they would send me with Max playing with his buddies. Thank You K9!!!!! BTW... I love the free going home baths you offer but PLEASE tell me the shampoo you use on Max. He smells great for days on end. We are looking foward to our trip in February and Max is looking foward to his too. more

I am so happy I found K9 CLUBHOUSE. I travel alot for work and having my dog in safe, fun, playful environment when I am away is very important to me. I have tried some vet offices thinking Taz would be ""safer"" there but soon realized their boarding dogs are secondary to the ""patients"". I tried some of the other bigger/corporate places but instead found them run like a factory, with employees that looked bored and only got excited when they nickled and dimed me for everything Taz did. I'm surprised there wasnt a fee for every time Taz pooped or peed! But then I found K9 CLUBHOUSE. I was completely impressed with the design, decor and smell of the place, feeling as if Taz was going to a Spa. They didnt require an appointment for me to see the place, which to me shows they have ""nothing to hide"" or need to ""prepare"" for visitors. I was shown around and the place looked and smelled beautiful. The pricing was completely reasonable and even included a going home bath at no charge! I knew exactly what my bill would be each and every time I booked. Taz always comes home happy and not stressed and the staff there shows they truly care about their guests. It is exactly what I was looking for...fantastic care, safe environment, reasonable price. I would never go anywhere else! If you are looking for a place to bring your dog, I strongly recommend them! more

I am proud to say that we are returning customers at K9 clubhouse. Each experience has been extremely professional, well organised, and with excellent communication. The owners, Stephen and Peter have developed a home away from home atmosphere paying particular attention to the individual likes and needs of each dog. The suites are clean and Patches was able to have his bed and toys with him at all times. The web cams and Facebook picture posts are wonderful to see your pet during their day of fun while they play with their ""friends"" in the play room. We proudly and confidently recommended K9 Clubhouse to many of our friends. It is heart warming to know that Patches is treated and loved at K9 as much as he is at home...we wouldn't trust anyone else!!! Thank you K9 Clubhouse! more

We had a Christmas party at our house and wanted to board our dog for the night. Decided to use K9 Clubhouse on a recommendation. Troubles started right away. more

I have three doggie boys? a 10 yr. old Norwich, a 7 year old EskiPom, and a 11 yr. old Scottie. They enjoy going to camp - K9Clubhouse! They come home calm, on schedule, and happy. I know they are in good hands, and travel worry free. The new facility is beautiful, well managed, and so doggie friendly. My husband and I highly recommend this dog hotel. more

Anyone who will happily put up with our Bassett Hound has to be a keeper! K9 Clubhouse was such a wonderful find from the great facilities to the owners who have a world of patience and clearly love animals and what they do! We have been clients for a few years and will keep going back, and so will all of the friends we have referred. more

I had never boarded my 2.5 Boxer before, and he's not exactly a social dog, he does have his sister, a 6.5 Lab who had been boarded in the past. So we brought them in and asked that they spend all their time together. We did a one night trial run (we'll be boarding them for a week in Aug) When I picked them up I couldn't believe how chill and relaxed my boxer was (he's never that relaxed!!) He had a great time, the facility was clean, a good size, the people were nice. I'm so excited that this was a success that my husband and I will finally be able to take a well needed vacation!!! I will definitely use the K9 Clubhouse again!!!! more

I had never placed my German Shepherd ?Dante? in a kennel before. If I went away, someone in my family would ?board? him for me. This summer I decided to try out a kennel. After extensive research, I was disappointed with what I saw. Most had a very industrial feel, with the pens looking like prison cells, run by people who looked disinterested in their job. Pros: Convenient hours, clean facility, internet viewing, lots of TLC and playtime, caring and friendly owner, affordable Cons: becoming too popular and is often filled to capacity more

Being the over protective parent that I am, I couldn't ever see leaving my 4 dogs (Sammy, 4, Goldendoodle / Jake, 3, Cockerpoo / Lily, 7, Cockerpoo, Ollie, 9, lab mix) anywhere other than K9 Clubhouse. The care they give my ""kids"" is as if they were their own. My dogs return home happy, stress free, and all tuckered out from playtime. I am so comfortable with having the ability to go onto the internet cams and watch my dogs whether they are inside there suites or outside playing. I have seen the owners sitting on the floors playing with my dogs, it is that spotless. The inside has a very soothing decor and each suite is equiped with flat screen tv's. I myself have asked to stay there it's that homey. I know that the place has cageless suites and crates. The kennel does not hold many dogs. I think like 20 max and my dogs always have plenty of personal attention. I am relieved that there is always 24/7 care. I am able to pick up or drop off my dogs any day of the week, including holidays. The cost is extremely fair and they don't charge extra for all the services like other places. My dogs get hours of playtime and excerise in the yard. The guys that run it are so great and one is into photography that he always is taking pictures of the dogs and sending my family photos and slideshows. During the holiday times I also have received gifts for my dogs or for my family (i.e. our dog breeds photo frames or ornaments). God forbid I would ever have to move, I would drive 2 hours to use them, thats how serious I am about their services. I personally feel it is a 5 star kennel * * * * * Pros: Very clean, Plenty of excerise, Cost, Internet cams, 24/7 care, Peace of mind! Cons: Holidays book up months in advance more

I know a lot of people swear by K9 Clubhouse, but we had a bad experience. We left our 7-month old Bichon - Shitzhu (Teddy Bear) Chloe there for a week vacation. It seems clean and nice enough inside. But when we came to pick her up, she was covered in urine - she was matted and yellow, no joke! It was horrible. Plus she had (has) big red sores all over her mouth, lips, etc. I would not take her back there. Maybe it's good for some dogs, but be careful, it might not be good for yours. Pros: Nice crates, good price Cons: Too many dogs, outside is filthy because of too many dogs. more
