K W Tanning is (in one word) AWESOME!!!!!!! It is such a wonderful friendly and inviting place of business. The employees are always very polite and helpful and the owner, Michele is amazing. She is very easy going and caring towards EVERYONE!!! I would recommend this tanning and hair salon to everyone and if you want a rockin tan...GO TO KW TANNING AND SALON!!! more

WOW! What a great place!! It's always clean, the atmosphere is great and relaxing! I always feel like I'm spending quality time with friends. The salon owner has squeezed me in several times when I have come in without making an appointment. She was also helpful in finding the right lotion. The Salon employees are professional and well versed in current styles! This is an all around great place to frequent! I'd recommend it to anyone with both thumbs UP!! more

I have been seeking a salon in SW MI that is reliable and unique for years. I have finally found it! KW tanning is awesome. It has a very welcoming atmosphere and awesome stylists! Michele, the owner, is amazing! She is the foundation of this salon and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I drive quite a ways away in order to use this salon for tanning, and hair. All of the employees, as well as other customers, are aware of their surroundings and are always courteous and appropriate. I have never found a place that feels so much like family in my life, except my home. As a mother, I need ""me"" time and found a place that I can walk into and the stress just melts away. Thank you Michele and company for making KW tanning a special place and best yet!.....they just added a massage therapist, so believe me....I will be there very soon! :) more

Michele, the business owner is very nice and full of energy! Always does her best to get me in for tanning or a haircut or pedicure! Keri has done my hair for years, and I always leave happy with ""magic"" she has performed! Both of these girls are a whole lot of fun and I always leave with a smile on my face. Just met Amy, but was very pleased with the pedicure that I received from her and her sense of humor also. All these ladies are professional and courteous and I wouldn't go anywhere else for all these services! more

I have been going to this salon for tanning for several years and finally decided to try it for my haircare needs also. I was pleased but not always pleased with the atmosphere. That is until the new owner took over and what a GREAT CHANGE!!!! When walking in, you no longer feel as if you are in a daycare, but in a professional environment. The staff are warm, friendly, and truly there to meet your needs. The new owner; Michele has obviously made this her passion. Great experience from start to finish I will be going back! I was in desperate need to get my haircut. I go to Kari who always does a great job. Michelle the owner worked with my hectic schedule to get me the earliest appointment even when I had to call yet again to reschedule, she went the extra mile to get me in. The haircut was relaxing, fun, and well within my budget! more

After much difficulty in scheduling, I went to KW for a cut and color by one of their stylists... Amy. I have used her stylist before, and she does exceptional work. An unbelievable professional at what she does, it's obvious she's a master of her craft. I LOVE what she did for me, but as I was leaving the owner yelled at me for telling her it seemed a little more crowded than when I had been there before. She had built a new wall which encroaches on the styling stations. In front of other customers, the owner of this salon yelled at me, a stranger, a paying customer. WOW!!! I am stunned. What happened to good ol' American courtesy in the workplace. UNBELIEVABLE. I gave this one star ONLY because of the service of the stylist. The unacceptable behavior of the owner has completely voided any and all recommendation for this salon. more
