Horrible Experience !!! Tried to get custom work that wasnt right only to be blamed on the tile in my bathroom. When trying to get the situation resolved, the OWNER told me that I should have the areas re-tiled so his glass would fit. Since they didnt measure correctly to start with, he didnt want to make it right. I requested a partial refund and he said I could take him to court that I wasnt getting any money back. So no ethics here ! BEWARE !!!! No I have to pay more to have it done right. BEWARE!!!! more

Great people to deal with. Very quick to fill orders and very accomodating to requests. It would be helpful if they would retain customer information as I am a repeat customer, but that is a small inconvenience compared to their excellent prices and service. more

Room for improvement 6/22/2005

Great prices as compared to others in the same business. Reording can be somewhat a challenge as they do not retain any of your original order info which is very hard to comprehend from a customer service point of view and the simplicity that POS software offers in todays business environment. No known web site! PROS: Price CONS: Order management more

Great quick service 6/9/2005

K&S is a great glass company with good prices. They get the job done quickly and efficiently. I have called them and had them come out quickly for repairs. They have a great turn around time. They are also a lot cheaper than other glass shops. I have friends that drive a great didtance just to have work done here because its cheaper than anywhere else. They fix everything from windows to windshields to patio doors and even glass from broken pictures. Their parking area is a bit small, nut they make up for it by their great service. Fast Service 6/8/2005

If your in need of glass repair, replacement or a speciality item this is the Glass shop for you. They do quality work at resonable prices. They are also very quick to come out and do you repair. I was reluctant to believe an auto glass company could offer this kind of service and make good on it. But at the appointed time, they showed up and proceeded to do a beautiful installation job, and charged exactly what was agreed upon. PROS: Super fast service CONS: NONE more

Great Glass Company 5/6/2005

This is a great company with quick reliable service. They will handle your work quickly when in an emergency situation. I have used for car window replacement and sliding glass door replacement. The pricing isn't bad either. I have had friends drive an hour form home to K&S to get the good deals! PROS: Great service CONS: Small location more
