I don't know what kinda crybaby's are writing into this site but the K & D Group has been nothing but supportive to me. Have I had problems? yes, just like with every other Landlord I have ever rented from. but I must say, my complaints were addressed in a resonable timeframe and to my satisfaction. I also LOVE my view of the lake and the layout of my apartment. I have a sneeking suspicion that these career complainers will never be happy in life because they themselves will be there whereever they go!!! Pros: Lake views, layout and facilities. Cons: Neighbors who complain at unreasonable levels. more

The place will flatter you with a plush Customer care service, and the facilities provided in each building of this Apartment, but BEWARE that is just an advertisement that usually works with the new tenants. As soon as you start living in the apartment you'll realize that the so called ""FACILITIES"" never work. Most of the Health equipments kept in gym doesn't work. The pool is cleaned once a week (there are more that 2500 people living in this apartment complex!!!) the apartments are kept in the most shaby condition. Heating and Airconditioning was installed at the time when the apartments were build. after that these appliances were never ever replaced, You dare to use the A/C or heater, you'll end up having a life time experience of sleeping in a tractor. The staff on the other hand will make the matters worse for you. Putting down complaints will never help, sometimes yelling at the Customer Service or Manager might seem helpful but it is just a false hope!!!. The staff (especially the managers ) will lie right on your face about the services (that were never performed) more

There are many places to rent from in NE Ohio. Nobody advertises as much as K&D Group, and the advertised amenities and photos of the lobbies are impressive. If you are considering renting from a K&D Group owned property, do yourself a favor and get the advertised amenities described by email and guaranteed by the highest person you can within K&D Group. False advertising is their specialty, and the service will give you a whole new understanding of horrible. Get a pre-agreed note that if they fail to please you, you can leave without the 60 day written notice required to vacate the property. If you don't care that the public areas are never mopped, vacuumed, or cleaned then this might be okay for you. I live with chicken bones and mud in the elevators, mold and algae in the pool, and hot water every other day. Early this spring someone v0mited by the main enterance door for the expensive primo parking spots. After several complaints, I mopped it up myself. After a year's worth of service requests for the a/c to be serviced, the maintenance manager personally appeared and told me to try opening my windows at night to let the cool air in, and then see if the a/c could maintain that temp throughout the day. It was hard with the security guards listening to really loud music in their vehicles all night, and it still didn't work. I am paying for 'centeral air'. The maintenance specializes in excuses and suggestions for do-it-yourself type repairs. The individual apartments are really pretty when remodelled, but the cheap finishes wear off quickly. The highest levels of management are rude and quick to assume that you are a poor, out of options type of tenant, and that you don't know anything about tenant rights laws. Their 'guarantees' for services to be accomplished pretty much guarantee only that you will be wasting more of your time calling them from work to get what ever you need fixed.
