I can't beleive I actually have to give these people one star. First of all, I dropped off a comforter with them two months ago. They returned it with several rips. We showed them the ripps to which they said they would repair it or pay for a new comforter. That was the first time they said it. After 3 more weeks, they returned the comforter with the same rips, to which I was not satisfied again. They said to give them one more opportunity if not, they would either give us free cleaning on future use or again, they would pay for the comforter. Today, after two months Erin (Operations Manager) calls my wife and I and says that she is going to show us where there were tears in the comforter before we brought it in and that that was the last time they tried fixing it, and that they where not going to do anything else for us. I told her that at least twice we where told we would have a new comforter paid for to which she replied (I am the operations manager and I make those decisions and you're not going to be paid for anything). We paid good money for a dry cleaning service only to have our comforter ripped apart. On top of that we where led around for two months, lied to and deceived.
