Kelly is Amazing - Best Facial Ever! 1/30/2012

I was very scared to get a facial as I have very sensitive skin. I have been seening Kelly for years for my brow wax and after having two children, she encouraged me to try a replenishing facial. It was the best spa experience I have ever had and my skin has never looked better. It was well worth the money. I'm glowing... more

Scheduling availability and experience 1/28/2012

My personal schedule is static and full, working full time too, so it is always amazing to be able to get in for color, cut and style. (Not so at previous salon). Wednesday I called mid afternoon, and was in for a 5:15 appt. Kelsey does a lovely job, and Zoe was able to do a trim, so I was very happy to be so well accomodated on short notice. Thank you! more

Both of the haircuts I have gotten from Emily have been wonderful. I appreciate that she explains what she is doing, and why that is the best option for my hair-type and cut. I would recommend Emily to anyone, especially anyone who is looking for a short cut, or a drastic change. Thanks again! more

Great cut! 1/25/2012

First visit to the downtown salon and first cut with Jay - great experience! I had been struggling with finding a style that would work for me and Jay helped by finding out what was working for me and what wasn't. Through listening to me and offering suggestions for some changes, I ended up with a cut I love ... and booked my next appointment before leaving. Loved the convenience of the downtown salon, as well as the evening hours. more

My haircut-style is and always will be the very best when Zoe is driving... I appreciate her honesty, sense of my hairs "ways", and how I like it to look when finished, as well as any new twists that she has up her sleeves. Many thank yous. $60 Haircut....soooooooooooooo boring 1/22/2012

I used a $50 Aveda gift certificate that took me years to acquire...my stylist wasn't available when I wanted a cut...the receptionist told me that a certaain stylist was fabuluous --- so I went in. Wanted to cry when I saw my cut --- arg...I have had 3 cuts from non-Aveda stylists...and they were bad..moved on because my stylist went to $85!!! Thought a $60 stylist would provide a better haircut. Wrong. The checkout staff told me I could come back within 2 weeks if I wasn't happy. Awkward but may take them up on it. This is not a $60 haircut. more

Massage with Patricia was phenomenal. I've had many massages and only a few have been below average. However, I've also rarely had exceptional massages. I've had 2 sessions with Patricia and they have both been among the top 5 I've had in my life. I'm hooked and will be a regular! more

Haircut with Emily 1/21/2012

I was on my way to an industry event at the Weisman when I glanced in the mirror and realized I was in a serious hair crisis. On my way to Needless Markup's 65 percent off sale I popped into Juut at Gavidae and the lovely receptionist set me up with Emily. Emily did a perfect point cut, modified bob. The first really good haircut I've had in a year! I got tons of compliments and my man said I was "sexy." Emily is darling and expert. I'll be back. more

Why I go to Juut 1/20/2012

My roommate asked me why I go to Juut Salaan downtown when I no longer work downtown, etc. I told her getting my hair done is such a personal thing when you find good people to do it, at least for myself you don't change. On Thursday was no different. I am always pleased to how my hair looks and enjoy catching up with Santa Fe, and Sarah Jane. However, this Thursday, last minute--Sarah Jane was out but Juut quickly got a person to cut my hair for me(it was badly needing it so I couldn't reschedule). Thanks Cristy. Glad to get to know you and have had many compliments on my hair already. I budget Juut for my hair so that I can feel confident that the products are good, the people are friendly and caring and always have a goal to make me look and feel better. Thank you! more
