Last year, my girlfriend had a tire changed at this place; I had all four wheels replaced on my car. Shortly after the tire on my girlfriend's car had been replaced, I tried to remove the wheel to work on the brakes, at which point two of the wheel nuts sheared because Just Tires had cross-threaded the bolts. The car being a Honda Accord, the whole wheel hub had to be taken apart at Honda for new nuts to be put in.\r

Shortly after Just Tires had worked on my car, I heard air bleeding from a valve stem and upon inspection found that Just Tires had failed to screw any of the valve stem inners into the valve stems correctly, so I had to do it myself: fortunately, I was across the street from an AutoZone at the time, and was able to pick up the correct tool for $3.\r

Today, I tried to remove a wheel on my car, and found that all five of the bolts had been cross threaded: since they scored five for five on this wheel, and four for four on my girlfriend's car, I imagine the same is true for all the other wheels, as well. I took it back to Just Tires, along with the receipt, and the manager laughed in my face and told me I'd done it.\r

The cost of rebuilding all four wheel hubs on my car, a 20-year-old Nissan, is greater than the car's value: these criminals have effectively destroyed my car.\r

UPDATE 11/23/2016: I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this; eventually, Goodyear (which owns Just Tires) offered to accept an invoice from me for the cost of the repairs.
