Just Right was supposed to come out to give us an estimate. The time window they gave us was Noon - 4 PM. I waited at home all afternoon and didn't hear from them until 3:52 when they called to tell me they were 40 minutes away. RESPONSE FROM Just Right Heating & Cooling: Banyon, we apologize for not being respectful of your time. The customer before you required a lot more time than expected. We wanted to make sure that they were taken care of properly. However we should have called you earlier to let you know that we were running behind so that you could adjust your schedule accordingly. more

Jeff Knight was my technician, he was able to diagnose the problem with my air condition unit. He was very professional and gave great advice to prolong the life of my ac unit. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be repaired and a break down of costs. He didn't pressure me into buying added materials or services. He was very pleasant and knowlegeable. Wonderful experience! more

Dan, Although it will take me a little while to get used to the new energy efficient furnace, I wanted to let you know how impressed I was with your two installers, Jared and Jason. They have represented your company very well, as I have already recommended two other people at work to use your company for any furnace needs. And this is just based on their professionalism, as I haven't had to call you for any repairs etc.! My daughter was the one who had to stay at home so the furnace could get installed, and she was nervous about that, not knowing what the installers would be like. When she called me with a question I asked her if she was okay with them and she assured me that there was no problem at all. That both of them were very pleasant, respectful, and not intimidating. Now I know that a company's representative can make it or break it by his or her behavior and attitude, and it seems like you have two men who are a great asset to Just Right Heating and Cooling. I told them to let you know they deserve a bonus, but I am sure they didn't do that, so I thought to do it for them... :) Kidding aside, I am glad I went with the more efficient (thus slighty higer priced) furnace through your company. It was Tom Talboys' professionalism which made that decision easier for me. Even before he came to present the bid we had decided to go with another company, but after Tom left we changed our mind. Yes, in these economic times it is important not having to spend too much money on items like a furnace, but his presentation gave us so much more confidence that we were doing the right thing that we changed our mind. Also, offering 10 year warranty on parts and 5 year in labor was what finally made us sway. If i could have changed one thing it would have only been to go back in time and have Just Right do all the work I have had previously done to my AC. The other companies have been such a pain in the butt to work with. I thought that this was just how it was going to be and that every company was going to be a pain to work with until I used Just Right and it was the complete opposite. Really, don't use any other company. more

Wanted to give a BIG thanks to Mike for going out of his way this past weekend to come out and fix our furnace. Just Right helped us get our furnace working more efficiently with out spending a lot of money. We had previously had another company come out to look at our system and they said the only way they would be able to get it to run more efficiently was to put in a new system. We're glad that Just Right was honest and helped us out especially so close to Christmas. more

Jeff Knight was my repairman, true professional. When I called and told them what was going on with my air conditioner, they had parts on hand they arrived and within 45 mins. my air conditioner was in working order. I had a 15 off coupon for any repair that I got off the website I was on and it was honored. Great work hours that should fit almost anybody schedule. Would highly recommend to anyone needing "Great and Honest" service. more

Jeff K. got right to work. Educated me regarding my system, cleaned it, serviced it, found the problem and fixed it. Very good experience. We got his card and will keep it on file so we can have him come back again in the fall to look at the furnace. We found someone we can recommend to our friends. more

The thing about Just Right is they actually measure things before they start putting in a new system. The reason why i chose Just Right is for that very reason. I got a couple bids on a new system from a few different companies.
