Although it will take me a little while to get used to the new energy efficient furnace, I wanted to let you know how impressed I was with your two installers, Jared and Jason. They have represented your company very well, as I have already recommended two other people at work to use your company for any furnace needs. And this is just based on their professionalism, as I haven't had to call you for any repairs etc.!
My daughter was the one who had to stay at home so the furnace could get installed, and she was nervous about that, not knowing what the installers would be like. When she called me with a question I asked her if she was okay with them and she assured me that there was no problem at all. That both of them were very pleasant, respectful, and not intimidating. Now I know that a company's representative can make it or break it by his or her behavior and attitude, and it seems like you have two men who are a great asset to Just Right Heating and Cooling. I told them to let you know they deserve a bonus, but I am sure they didn't do that, so I thought to do it for them... :)
Kidding aside, I am glad I went with the more efficient (thus slighty higer priced) furnace through your company. It was Tom Talboys' professionalism which made that decision easier for me. Even before he came to present the bid we had decided to go with another company, but after Tom left we changed our mind. Yes, in these economic times it is important not having to spend too much money on items like a furnace, but his presentation gave us so much more confidence that we were doing the right thing that we changed our mind.
Also, offering 10 year warranty on parts and 5 year in labor was what finally made us sway. And yes, I am going to tell you which company missed out because of the above mentioned traits your company offered..... Superior Water.
