Just Mowing In Dallas

I did not know what I was going to do when I got back to my home in Bixby, ok. I was worried about having to do the lawn and work and take care of everything else. Then I recieved this card in the mail about just mowing it was like and angel sent this to me I called it was an easy set up, the next couple of days they came like they said, I got home from work and I could not believe my eyes my place looked beautiful, Believe me I do not know these people but the job they did made my life so easy. Yes I have a lawnmower yes I can save the $28.00 but to me it was worth every penny. Instead of mowing let them do the job and see how beautiful it will look and you can do something you like for the day. GREAT JOB JUST MOWING more

I have been a customer of Just Mowing since 2009 and in that time i have had zero complaints and no regrets. When I call they answer, when i need to update my credit card they do that very quickly. Payments are easy, the customer service on the phone is very quick and knowledgeable. I have always got compliments on my yard from my neighbors. If you want a reliable and cost saving lawn service that does great work call Just Mowing you wont be dissapointed!! more

We used this service for 7 years. In the last month they have left our gate open 3 times. The first time I called and told them about it as I have 2 dogs in my yard. The second time I met the guy at my house and reminded him to close the gate. The third time my dog got out and was hit by a car. I called their office and told them what happened and they said ""So you want to cancel your service? OK. Thanks for you business."" Click. Please don't use them if you have family pets you don't want to get out as these folks couldn't care less. more

I have used several lawn mowing companies in the past but Just Mowing has made a great impression on me. They come out and mow and charge my card and I dont have to call or worry about my lawn getting cut. Its really a great timesaver and I enjoy doing business with them. more

Love? yes.\r \r After having so many companies screw me over repeatedly, finally finding a service to actually do what they say and then some may be the best thing since sliced bread. maybe. \r \r If I see any more complaints about credit card malfuncitons or damages they didn't cover from people, I may have to question their sanity. Both of these things actually did happen to me, but they covered everything! One incident involved a double charge to my credit card- they refunded me my money- the other incident was a mower vs. my sprinkler head...not only did they replace my sprinkler head the next day, they refunded me the price of the mow. Absolute heaven compared to my last lawn company. Low rates, a steady service and a good job every mow. \r They actually do listen to you on the phone, care about your details for how you want your lawn cut, answer any/all of your questions and are sincere. After a week of dedicated research on every webpage imaginable, I finally resorted to calling up Just Mowing, from a handy flier that came in the mail. \r I had absolutely no idea on my lot size or what they would quote me for, but I decided to just call and give it a try anyway. The person I spoke with on the phone was not only extremely nice (how refreshing!) she actually seemed like she WANTED to help me out and answer my questions- they were able to look up my lawn size, and found me a price in seconds. \r \r The sign up was quick and easy- and the fact that I don't have to worry about being there at my house when they come to mow, or having to deal with checks/cash is even better. The service is reliable and looks amazing every time. \r \r Needless to say, I am extremely pleased with the service done to my yard every week and would recommend this to anyone! the direct debit or credit card automatic billing might sound great. It is convenient, but not when they take out an unauthorized triple payment one week without your permission. Not as big of a deal if using a credit card, but if it is your bank account, be careful. Pros: reliable, good work Cons: billing is not reliable more

I have used Just Mowing for 3 years & never had any problems, they always show up & do the work effeciently! The last service they accidently broke my window to my back door, and I reluctantly called them expecting the ""run around"". I was very surprised they answered the phone immediately & transferred me to the Manager. I explained what happened to the door & he asked me to have it repaired & to fax an invoice. I sent the invoice 2 days later & received a check from Just Mowing 3 days later in the mail!!!! I wonder how many services would send you a reimbursement check for $200 without any problems? I would say almost nobody!!!! Wow, I am a customer for life, wish I could find more service companies like this. Pros: Easy to call, will fix broken items more

After searching all day for a lawn service to give me a quote on my yard and leaving voice mails, I called Just Mowing after seeing their website and they answered the phone the first time I called. They were also able to give me a price while I was on the phone with them. The guys came out yesterday for my first mow, and it looks great. I signed up for service on wednesday for service on thursday. No one showed up. Explained to Dave I was having a WEDDING at my house on saturday and needed service before then. Well, today is Saturday, no one here and cant contact customer service on the week-end. I'm so mad. more

I began using Just Mowing in Austin & they did a great job, always mowed on Fridays as promised. I was transferred to Dallas and moved to McKinney and I called Just Mowing & they mow in McKinney as well! This is a great company & a nice surprise that I could keep my service even though I moved across the state! Large mowing service that is affordable, reliable, and easy to contact. We have had issues with them not showing up to mow. However, they have not had a problem charging our credit card for services they didn't perform. Also, when we closed our account, we asked for a letter verifing that our account was closed (since they have credit card info) and THEY REFUSED. They were rude and unwilling to work with us even though their crews never came. more

I use Just Mowing to mow my lawn every week & they do a great job, every time. They have always showed up on my mow day, without my calling.
