very nice place 8/3/2011

If you like flowers, take a roam around the grounds and enjoy the beautiful wild flowers. Nice touch. They have a coffee maker and once we found an outlet that worked, we made coffee each morning. The on-site coffee shop does not open until 7am. I am an early riser so I made my own coffee. All in all, a very nice place. more

I will definitely return 8/1/2011

My husband and I just returned from 6 nights at the Juniper Sprigns Resort in Mammoth Lakes, CA. We rented a 1 bedroom unit which faced the mountain/pool. We found the resort to be very clean and quiet with very well maintained grounds. The wild flowers blooming around the resort were beautiful. Weather ... warm during the day, cool in the evenings. The resort has one heated pool and 3 spas. Front desk staff were always very accomodating! My only regret is that we had to leave. I will definately return ... hopefully one day soon! more

lovely views 7/25/2011

the resort was only a quarter full when we , a family of 5 stayed for 4 days in july. we had a 2 bedroom suite with lovely views of the mountains. many things to do in mammoth for an aussie family. we caught a trout at mary lake, saw a bear with cubs, went to the top of mammoth mountain on the gondola. the suite was very clean and the block we stayed in appeared to have been recently painted. The unit itself was very nice with full kitchen facilities. reception was very efficient and friendly. pool and spa were also great. vons, for groceries were only 5 min by car as were all the restuarants. more

fantastic job!!!! 7/8/2011

Everyone was nice, but the front desk and bell staff seemed a bit reserved. It just felt like something was missing. Anyway, everything else was great. Housekeeping did a fantastic job as usual. more

peace and quiet! 6/20/2011

The rooms were incredible spacious and clean and I slept like a baby in the peace and quiet! The above and beyond service from the staff is what truly stands out in my mind. more

very rightly priced. 6/10/2011

I stayed here for a night yesterday and i must say the rooms are good and very rightly priced. They had a covered parking lot with secure id. So no snow on ur car windshields when u wake up next morning. :) more

Service was excellent 6/6/2011

Service was excellent. Front desk very helpful, bus service exceptional, ski rental excellent. Would like to point out that the young man who was working the ski rental dept was exceptional and since I had not been skiing in 22 years he helped me out to get fitted with the right equipment for my abilities. Plan on returning hopefully this ski season. Thanks for a great stay. more

Really Nice 6/3/2011

Had A Good Time 5/23/2011

Studio room is nice, though would be a tight fit for 4 adults. Great hot tubs and heated swimming pool, and right at base of lift. Lift NOT open in later springtime though. more

Perfect Getaway 5/11/2011

It really was perfect! We had such a great ime. Location is so convenient. Big kids were in ski-school, while I was back and forth with my toddler. Suites are spacious, clean, and offer all the amenities that are necessary. Can't wait to go back! more

The best place to stay 5/10/2011

I have stayed at a few different locations in the Mammoth Lakes area for snowboarding trips. Juniper Springs is the best place to stay and enjoy the close proximity to the lift. There are other options to stay slopeside, but Juniper Springs is much nicer and cleaner than the rest. If you want something that resembles home, stay at Juniper. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The provided ""oncall"" driver is very pleasant and will help with any suggestions on restaurants or anything else you may be in need of. more

Absolutely LOVE it here! 5/6/2011

I absolutely LOVE Juniper Springs. I recently just came back from a weekend trip to Mammoth. Juniper Springs is the perfect ski in/ski out accommodation in Mammoth. Literally, you walk out of the lobby and the lift and rental tents are right smack in front of you. Rooms are clean and not outdated. Kitchens are stocked with everything you need from utensils, cooking ware, and dishes. WiFi is free. We had a 2 bedroom condo overlooking the mountains - the view was majestic! April is a great time to visit Mammoth, especially this season since it looks like they'll have snow till July. Rooms are a lot cheaper than traveling during the winter months and slopes are less crowded. I would return to Juniper Springs over and over again. more

Highly recommend 5/4/2011

Our family loves skiing Mammoth and has stayed at several locations over the last 5 years but we keep coming back to Juniper Springs Resort because of it's ski in/ski out feature and close proximity to Eagle Lodge and Chair 15. We love the convenience of being able to ski into the resort for lunch so that we don't always have to eat on the mountain. The condos have full kitchens and are well equipped. The local grocery store is about 1/4 mile from the resort as is the Village w/ great restaurants. Close proximity to Chair 15 is fantastic for families w/ young children. The chairlift and & ski school are a stones throw from the resort, so lugging equipment is short & sweet! The staff is polite and helpful. The pool & 3 jacuzzis seem to be able to accomodate everyone, even during peak ski weekends. We highly recommend Juniper Springs Resort. more
