A member of our family who was visiting us from out of town requested an afternoon boat trip to celebrate her birthday. We have rented boats from this company at least six times in the past and have never had a bad experience with them, I called and reserved a 25ft. pontoon boat to hold 12 people which was their most expensive ($225.00). When we arrived they put us on a boat that looked like they just took it out of a storage shed. There were dead leaves strewn all over it and the seat upholstry was ripped in multiple places with foam sticking out, mold spots all over it and a strong odor of mildew. I told the owner that this boat was not worth the money and I wanted a better one or at least a lesser rental fee. He became irate and spoke to me in a manner that left us all speechless!! He was rude and disrespectful to me and my family and said if I didn't like it to get off of the boat and leave, which in hindsight is what we should have done, but like I said we had food and beverages and everyone was looking forward to this afternoon on the water. So we went.\r

Upon returning, I told the owner's son how disappointd we were with his father's rudeness and how in the past we always had a pleasent experience with them and he said if we don't like it don't come back!!! Can you imagine a business owner in this economy talking to a customer in this manner?? We live here full time and we try to help the small businesses in our area but I will NEVER go back there nor will I recommend this company to anyone. Beware of Jung Charters.\r
