I wanted to book a party here for my 2 sons, that are both deathly allergic to milk. Jumpnasium's party packages appear online...that food is an ""add on"". However, you are only allowed to order food from their contracted pizza vendor. My kids obviously cant eat pizza, or eat food made in a pizzeria. \r
\r
Jumpnasium wouldnt let me bring my own food for the children, and couldnt provide me with any allergen-free alternatives. Advised me to book a party when the kids dont need to eat....or have the jump party and go back to my house with everyone to eat. \r
\r
1. Birthday parties need food & cake (especially for 3 & 5 year olds)\r
\r
2. We dont live anywhere near the facility\r
\r
The ridiculous manager told me, then maybe it wasnt a place for us. OBVIOUSLY>\r
\r
Get with the century Jumpnasium....food allergies are much more common these days. How can they claim to be kid friendly, when they discriminate who can book there?\r
\r
SO RUDE RUDE RUDE> Will take my money elsewhere. \r
