I called yesterday and a very nice Italian woman made me an appointment to come in today. I went in with my mother boyfriend and father thinking I would find a beautiful dress. While the dresses were stunning, the service was not. There are two Italian women who constantly insult you as you try dresses on, pointing out all of your flaws. I was looking for a dress and she kept telling me that I was not a size 4 and I needed to stop thinking I was. She also made an announcement that I had no bust in front of my family and two other customers. Who she was also insulting, saying that their shoulders were ""broad like a football player"" I will never go back to that shop! The only plus was that they are willing to work with you on the prices. Save time and don't go here unless you would like your self-esteem to be shot down. more

Not great not the worst. A combo of Davids and Annets. Poor service like you get at Annets (just not as bad), not the best in quality like with Davids but a bit better. Prices.. you wont go broke, but you wont be thrilled either. Now and days all dresses are alike as far as style etc, its whats in style at that time... Save time and frustration go to Yvonnes and forget the rest! more

I know the owners. They are practically members of my family. I just recently went there looking for my junior prom dress, and found the most beautiful dress I could have imagined. The ladies there are some of the sweetest people you will ever meet. They definately made me feel like a princess!! Pros: homey feel, beautiful dresses Cons: small shop more

My daughter went looking for a wedding dress shopping for her wedding. We had an appointment at Annett's (which is another story) and left. We ended up at Juliet's and the woman coulndn't have been sweeter. My daughter tried on the dresses the woman suggested after my daughter explained what she was looking for, and low and behold we have a dress! Thank You so much to this sweet woman! I needed a wedding dress within the six months before my set wedding date. Juliet's was closer and I didn't see anything I liked at David's Bridal. The owner may have been a little annoying, but the dress turned out beautiful after so many alterations. The place also didn't have air conditioning either, so I was sweaty while trying on my gown. Glad it's over with, but the dress was beautiful. Pros: nice dresses Cons: the waiting more

There are several reasons why I would not recommend this store. 1st of all the owner requests by appt only. But I have made appt every time and never had 1 on 1 sevice. They are always helping other customers in between. The 2 woman that run the shop are very pushy. They insist on coming in the dressing room to help you put on dress. It has to be over the head not stepped into. Nevermind if you brought someone with you for help. ok I put on the dress, it gets pinned up and off it goes. You have to look fast because hurry up and take it off. I have been there several times now and thought after my dress is pinned up it gets sewed up at once. No, its done in small increments. So you have to make several trips back. Also, they dont always say the right thing. For example, I brought my 3 bridesmaids in to look for dresses and we had tried on quite a few. The help said to my soon to be niece who is 13 that she has an odd shape body. Now why would you say that to anyone when you want to make a sale. There is nothing odd abt her. Just because we couldnt find a dress right away for everyone. My 2nd appt was on a busy day, several customers were coming in to pickup dresses. I thought it was kind of odd. Like, why arent these girls getting them adjusted here. One customer came in to pick up dress. She had her own seamstress to do adjustments and owner kept stalling her, telling her to come back another time. Come to find out, it was ripped. She wasn't very happy. Whenever I have appt for dress fitting, its never a relaxing session. By the time I'm done, I'm so stressed out. The only good thing abt this store is nice dresses, but have different seamstress to alterations. I hope this review helps you in your venture for a dress. As for my bridal dress its coming out fine so far. more

I had an appointment at this shop, to look for my wedding gown. First and foremost, I had to carry the gowns my self which was fine... Then when we went in to the dressing room the woman came with me which i did not like. She did not let me wear any undergarments!!! Then after each gown that i tried on, I had about 30 seconds to look in the mirror and she said okay take if off. I asked to take pictures of me in gowns since my mom lives far away and she said no. After each gown came off, she made one of my friends take the gown from her as she directed her in where to put the gown, such as the 2nd row. As I was changing in to other gowns she kept the door open so other people that I did not know where able to see me, with out any undergarments on.. so embarrsing! She never gave me a minute to really look at the gown. After 3 dresses... she told me to go to another store since I didn't like her gowns! I was flabbergasted! I have never in my life been treated this way before. I never once said that i didn't like a gown, I just needed more time to see it and really look at all the detail. It was horrible!! I never reccomend shopping at this store. It truly was a terrible experience. more
