When a friend wanted to meet here for lunch I was apprehensive because I had never been there before. As I walked in the door, I was greeted first then walked to the table. The food was incredible and so was the atmosphere! Will be back with my family! more

I went with some family recently to Julias of Wallingford on Broadway and what an excellent experience we had! When we walked in we were immediately greeted with a warm welcome and taken care of very well throughout our entire visit. The food was absolutely delicious and I am already looking forward to returning! more

Fantastic 10/18/2011

Me and my friends ventured here for breakfast after having such a wonderful time at Julia's on Broadway and Le Faux not too long ago. We thought to give this neighborhood restaurant a try for breakfast. It was busy and we had to wait a few minutes. After we got seated our friendly hostess returned with coffee, which we all needed. I was craving something sweet and salty, so the server recommended the wholewheat pancakes and he added some eggs and bacon, delicious! All my friends breakfast where fantastic as well. We will return and try it out for lunch, I have heard they make an awesome vegan burger! more

My husband, and 2 kids have been going to Julia's for some times now. We have had breakfast, lunch and sometimes dinner at this neighborhood place. Yes it is not a fancy stiff place, it is simple with its decor, but the staff is always friendly, very good with kids and most important very consistent with the food. The portions are always, freshly prepared and tasty. Again nothing fancy here just a lot of good comfort food. And very reasonable prices, we can have a meal for 2 adults and 2 kids with drinks for under $40.00 more

Me and my collage friends go here often for weekend breakfast or lunch.\r They have free wifi, so it is easy to stay in touch and do some work or homework while we are eating. I love the healthy choices and I like the fact that Julia's prepares everything in-house and has their own bakery. The stuff they bake is great and tastes yummy. Service is always very friendly, sometimes you have to wait for a table, but it is always worth it. more

Julia's keeps me in shape 5/20/2011

We come here often for breakfast or lunch. I am always looking for healthier choices to eat, so I can stay in shape and Julia's can provide me with that. Love their egg-white omelets with turkey sausage, and other fillings with a side of black beans it is my high protein low carb favorite. Other days I go for a big salad with wild greens and extra chicken breast. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is friendly and efficient. \r more

We live in the neighborhood and Julia's is one of our favorite places to go on the weekend.\r Their breakfasts are always very good, I love the big omelets (usually order them with egg -whites) and fill them with my favorite ingredients, wife goes for the whole wheat pancakes or their waffles, topped with lots of fresh fruit compote. Coffee and service are always great as well. Keep it up Julia's, on your way out stop by their little bakery right next door, for some sweet treats. Go for the vegan brownie or one of their energy bars. \r more

Have been coming here for years with my family and friends. Food is always good, and reasonable priced. Service friendly and fast. On the weekend you sometimes have to wait for a table, but it's worth the wait. more

Familiar Faces 6/4/2010

Me and my friends have been going to all Julia's location for years. The food is always great, nothing spectacular but for the price a very good value. Service reliable and friendly and we know some of the staff, because they have been there for years. Must be a great place to work for, usually in the service industry nothing is permanent. But I find it comforting to see familiar faces when I go to Julia's. more

I like the Wallingford Julia's and the Broadway one the most. You can always count on good healthy food at a reasonable price, and helpful service. But what i like the most every time I go you see folks from all age groups, especially in the Wallingford location. The moms and their babies, college students with their laptops, sitting next to the older couple or the professional business people. Everyone seems to find something here and Julia's seems to attract all kind of people including from different ethnic backgrounds. more

Just what I needed! 6/1/2010

The only downside we could not get a bloody mary, because there is no liquor license, oh well we made due with champagne and orange juice. more

My favorite eatery 5/29/2010

Eclectic menu for eclectic crowds: Julia's is a nice restaurant with easy atmosphere. The menu is great for groups as it offers a wide variety of dishes, from vegetarian, vegan, seafood, beef, etc. The food is usually very good. We like to come here for breakfast and lunch mostly. Best of all we can just walk here on our way to work. more
