I have had many, many contractors and tradesman at my house over the last year and I have given them tens of thousands of dollars. Shawn Kyles and everyone at Julian Construction was prompt, professional, courteous and thorough. Their price was incredibly fair and the payment terms were extremely accommodating. They began work promptly and they finished ahead of schedule. Everything they did reflected their commitment to customer satisfaction and pride of workmanship. I can?t express how rare those qualities are and how thrilled I was to find them. They were also the one and only company to send a hand signed note thanking me for giving them the work. I really appreciated the fact that they appreciated me. Even though their work involved jack-hammers, it was a very pleasant experience. more

My experience with Julian Construction was extremely positive. The crew is amazing. Juan, Julian and Shawn are simply the best at what they do, which can be a little stressful for the homeowner, my house had to be raised by 2 1/2 inches on the s/e side, as well as all the underpinning and retro fitting, bolting , concrete pads etc. I feel Blessed to have had them do this job, and am grateful every single day when I walk from one end of the house to the other. \r I highly reccomend them for any foundation work as well as other construction projects. \r Thanfully,\r Carol A Woodland Hills more

Definitely Reccomend 12/20/2010

They were fantastic. My house is from 1923 and floor was sloped nearly 2 inches in some places. House is about 99% perfectly level now. They were on time, super fast, clean and reasonably priced. I would definitely reccomend them. more
