HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO TO....DONT EVEN LOOK DOWN SAUK TRAIL TO GO HERE. FIRST ITS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNORGANIZED DUDE JUAN NEED HIS ASS WHOOPED HE HAVE ALL THEM IMMATURE AND UNEXPERIENCED FEMALES WORKING IN THAT OFFICE AND THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEY DOING, LOSING PEOPLE PAPERWORK, CURSING PEOPLE OUT, MESSING UP PEOPLES TAX PAPERS, I MEAN IT DONT MAKE ANY SENSE...I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ...IF YOU WANT THE IRS KNOCKING ON YOUR DOOR THEN GO TO JUANS TAX SERVICE!!!! The WORST tax service in the UNIVERSE!!!!! 2/15/2012

I had the worst experience with this place! This is by far the most unprofessional and disorganized company EVER!!! I did my taxes here over 3 weeks ago and have yet to recieve my refund. I've made numerous attempts, phone calls ( which I'm still waiting for a call back from last week) and showing up in person, only to be given the run around. The Owner/employees are very rued and disrespectful. I'm in total shock to see that there are no other reviews such as mine. A friend of mine, who also went here, personal information was lost! PLEASE DISREGUARD THE ONE "STAR" FOR THIS COMPANY, THIS WAS DONE IN ERROR! They do not deserve a half of STAR. If your planning on going here, i have one word for you................DON'T.
