Iris Douglas offers comprehensive services to its residents. The staff treats our mother like she is family, and they take time to offer her special care whenever it is needed. Joy of Living Care Services Inc has a special way, I guess, of communicating with people who have dementia, and they have that skill, to be able to help them. So I think that’s probably the biggest thing for me and for our family and for my aunt. more

I have found the service at Joy of Living Care Services Inc to be above reproach. Their follow-up to see how things are going demonstrates to me their care for the clients, their families, the caregivers and their agency. I don't believe we could have a better care provider than Iris. She is sensitive, caring and seems to really enjoy her work, and that is very important. My mother feels very comfortable with her. I would recommend Joy of Living Care Services Inc to anyone needing the services of a competent care provider. more
