The care I received was excellent. The wonderful therapist got me back on my feet. This is the second time I have needed help from Joy of Living Care Services Inc and they were there for me. I want to let you know how pleased they are and I am with the quality of the people that you have provided to assist them. All of the people you sent were well qualified, and also very friendly and sensitive to the needs of my parents. In particular, Jessica and Anna were exceptional. They were not only very good Caretakers; they genuinely cared about my parents and treated them like family. My parents grew very fond of both of them and referred to them as “saints” more

Jessica, my health aide, provided care & concern for my every need. She was prompt in arriving each day and always greeted me with a warm "good morning." She performed her duties with pride & care. She is a wonderful & dedicated person. Thank God you have her.Marie, your Director of Operations, is also an asset to your group. She has a way about her that I felt relaxed at our first meeting, frequent visits & a small "food sharing" welcome as a family member. more

With less than 24 hours notice you put our fears to rest. On the day he arrived home, you were there with Rosario and immediately set about making him comfortable and putting my mother at ease. You were always available to us and quick to act on any concerns we had in a calm and competent manner.Rosario and Dawn both had the uncanny ability to anticipate his needs and their extraordinarily capable care allowed my mother to get the rest she so desperately needed.The work they do is not easy but they made it seem more like a calling than just a job. They were even thoughtful enough to call on their days off, just to ask how everything was. more

We were in a panic as to how to care for him at home when we were advised that he would be released from Maywood Care Center into the care of my 83 year old mother. He suffered from congestive heart failure and his condition had deteriorated to the point that he was bedridden and too weak to assist in his care in any way. Not only would my mother be caring for him, but she was also caring for my 89 year old aunt, who is suffering from Alzheimer's disease. more

Great Service! 3/2/2011

We hired Ms. Rosario Schneider, and it has been a wonderful experience. She is a caring, well-trained home health aide. Rose has a great sense of humor and an upbeat personality, which is so important for my Dad, who loves to have a good laugh. I never had to worry when Rose was with my Dad. She took excellent care of him. I am sorry to say that my Dad can no longer stay at home, but will be entering the Veterans’ Memorial Home in Paramus by the end of March.I just want to end this letter saying, I would highly recommend Senior Helpers without hesitation to any family in need of these type of services. Your company is most fortunate to have Ms. Diaz representing you – I know I feel fortunate to have met a person of her caliber and high standards. more
