I usually have Joshua's Pest control come out to control ants, spiders, etc. They do a great job keeping those pests under control year round. Today I called due to a rodent problem. They sent a technician (Chris L.) over within 4 hours, who handled the problem and set us up to prevent future problems. Chris was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and such a hard worker! He had to climb up in our attic in a tiny space and retrieve a rat! This company has great technicians, is very reliable, and has very reasonable prices, too!
