Consistently Excellent Service and Quality Results 4/2/2012

We've been a customer for several years and after today's regular quarterly visit (today by Mark V.), I am reminded of why. Everyone is always very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and since using Joshuas, we have had very minimal issues. (We used to have a terrible problem when it got hot with armies of tiny ants marching all over the back yard and in the kitchen/bathrooms.) Now we rarely have an issue, and if we do, we call Joshua's and they promptly come out and fix it. We had just started our annual spring cleaning in the garage project, and today Mark educated me about potential rodent issues--clearly going a step above and beyond our normal service. I've been a Joshua's customer for a while now, and I have had such a pleasant experience with the company. From the office staff to the technicians, everyone is very friendly and professional. Service well done 3/29/2012

Very well done, from the service techs to the office lady's who answer the phones. We just had a free reservice today cause we had some snails. The service tech Joshua B. came out and educated us a little about snails. Thanks for the greats service Joshua Pest Control. more

Joshua's Rocks !! 3/26/2012

I've been using Joshua's for a couple years and have always been very surprised at the extra care given by their employees. They actually listen and even repeat back my instructions to be sure. Sean M came by the house on very short notice and covered all my concerns. Awesome crew and awesome representation. This man deserves a raise......Oh and the sweetheart back in the office making all the appointments etc.....what a champ!!\r keep it up and you will always keep my business. \r \r Ya'll Rock !! more

Joshua B. just left after treating the exterior of my home. He has been out several times and is always courteous, explains what treatment he provided, and asks if I have any special requirements or questions. \r \r I am pleased with the service provided by Joshua Pest Control. Great Company Joshua's Pest Control 3/24/2012

Just had the service tech come out and complete their service, Joshua B. was very helpful in clearing up some concerns I had about Rabbits and Bees. Joshua's has help for those of you experiences these pests. I have been a client of Joshua's Pest Control for 6 years, I tried others but they are the best. Great customer service, any trouble with those little pests, ants, bugs, mice, rats, snails etc. call-em and they right out. I Highly recommend them. more

Joshua Pest Control 3/22/2012

The lady I spoke with on the phone was very polite & her customer Service was great. I requested a 30 min call ahead as I have dogs that I need to have inside. Joshua B called exactly 30 min before he showed up & was very pleasant. Joshua had very good cust sev skills & treated all of the problem areas that I was concerned with. more

AWESOME SERVICE EVERYTIME!! 3/21/2012

Joshua B has been my technician the last couple of times and I could not say enough about his professionalism and kindness!! He is always so thorough and doesn't seem to mind all my questions about bugs and stuff. We saw a rat outside today and I asked him about it...next thing you know he had a trap set. He always checks to see if there are any new critters or old ones coming back. Can not say enough good about this company and the people who work for them!! Thank you Joshua B and Joshua's Pest more

Thorough and professional 3/20/2012

We have used Joshua's pest control for a couple of years now and have been consistently pleased with their level of service. The dispatchers are always friendly and helpful. The technicians are thorough and informative. This week for our quarterly service we had Mark V for our technician and he was outstanding. He made sure all of our needs were met and was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company. more
