I have a crabapple tree in that isn't doing so well in the backyard. It provides shade for my garden so it's important to me to keep it healthy. Early on, the leaves were sprayed too late so this year, I worked with Joshua Tree and called them when I wanted them sprayed. They came out and sprayed and it's much better. They also gave me a price cut for my earlier dissatisfaction which I thought was really great. I was also concerned about some dead parts of the tree so I asked them if they could water it and they did--free of any additional charge. I'm signing up next year for treatments. C. I've used Joshua Tree about four or five years ago and then again recently. They were very good. He came and looked at my tree and told me that the tree could be saved, which was my priority at this point. They did what they needed to do. My tree was dying and it looks beautiful now. Joshua Tree comes out and sprays and prunes trees in front of a property I own. Anytime I call, Ivan calls me back, comes right out at a convenient time for me, and he takes care of the problem. I just used Joshua Tree, Inc. to take a tree back and get it off the neighbor's yards. So they cleaned it out, trimmed it back, and cleaned the yard more or less. They did a nice job. The workers were polite and nice. I had two issues at the end and they took care of them no questions asked. I have no complaints with Joshua Tree. The gentleman who gave me the estimate was also very nice. I'd use them again; they did a good job and it didn't take them that long. Joshua Tree pruned a tree in our front yard. It went okay. It was about what we expected. Two young fellows did the pruning. The fellow that we dealt with who gave us a quote was helpful. Very pleased with this company. They were extremely knowledgeable and very professional. They gave us an estimate and then followed through with the work in a timely manner. There are a lot of trees on our property and I know we need more work done, but we discussed it all and there was no pressure from them to do more, I REALLY appreciated that! I'm not dissatisfied with the people who communicate with me at Joshua Tree, Inc. The only thing I'm not quite happy with is the spraying. Some trees (front yard) are okay, but some (backyard) are not okay. I haven't been at home to monitor where they're spraying, so I'm not sure why some trees still have Japanese beetles on them even after the second service. The first time I used Joshua Tree, Inc. was to take down a big tree in the back. They did a great job taking it down, but then they had to grind the stumps and they left all the wood chips in my yard. I have no idea why. Then I needed the roots that were coming up through the earth ground down because they didn't do enough of them. So I had them come to regrind the roots, but what they did instead was add a layer of this brown, horrible dirt and grass seed. So now my backyard is just as lumpy as it was prior to them coming. So that was a horrible experience. This time they just took down trees in the front. Taking down the trees was an excellent experience all around. It was the grinding of the stump, the taking away of the wood chips, and the grinding of the roots and putting down that soil that sucked. That was the other half of Joshua Tree, where they do the hardscape, that wasn't smooth. For taking down trees, they're the best. While your proposal didn't call for removal of the stump grinding chips, they should have been left onsite in a neat pile. If they weren't that's definitely on us. Surface roots can be tricky and the end result may not always be what you (or we) envision. Nevertheless, we are honored you took the time to share, and to continue to use Joshua Tree! more

We use Joshua Tree, Inc. for the maintenance of all of our plants. They are very timely! We also appreciate the way they've taken care of this very old oak tree in the back of our home. It's probably near the end of its life, but they've been very good at extending its time, doing everything humanly possible. Also, with any kind of issues (like a recent dead limb hanging down), I just have to call and they schedule an appointment to come out immediately. Joshua Tree, Inc. has been very helpful. I have a very large dogwood tree in the front of my house and something was attacking the bark. A man had come out and checked it and after that they started the procedure with spraying the tree. I think they thought it was a borer and treated it for that. Hopefully I will be getting them to fertilize it in the fall. I started to use them last year, so this is my second season. I was anxious to take care of this tree. It's about 25 yrs old and I didn't want to lose it. I'll be truthful with you, though; I think next year I might not continue with them. It's getting a little expensive for me. I'll let mother nature take care of it and if I need them, I'll call them. If you do deal with their service, though, you will not be disappointed.
