Not Happy 6/14/2011

I was very disatisfied with my last appointment at the Roswell Salon. An hour ahead of my appt they made me change my appt for an hour later based on another customers last-minute request for extra services and then they were a half hour late for my rescheduled appt...I waited in the reception area. I had no say...I was going to have to switch to another person if I didn't agree to change the time. more

new location for me 6/13/2011

I came to the Holcomb Bridge location this time. I tripped on the buckled wood flooring that needs to be fixed. The outside awning needs to be repaired or torn down as it almost made me think about getting back in my car and canceling. Laying down in a shampoo bowl for 30 minutes for hair color is uncomfortable, and my stylist couldn't finish my style because she started on her next appointment. Disappointing. more

Change in Style 6/9/2011

Last night I went to Joseph and Friends to see Ernest for a "change of style". I had a picture and Ernest had some ideas. I am very pleased with my new style and have received many compliments. Because it was quite a bit shorter than my previous style, Ernest told me that I could come back to him if there was anything I was having trouble with. I really appreciate his talent of knowing what works best on someone and his willingness to work with his clients. I have been very pleased with every visit to Joseph and Friends. The entire staff is wonderful! more

Keratin Treatment 6/8/2011

I went to Joseph & Friends for the first time and got a Keratin Treatment put into my hair. I did my research before I went, and the experience was exactly what I expected. I love it my hair and Cori was awesome! She talked me through every step and answered every question I had (and I had lots)! I will be going back. It was a wonderful experience. more

It was very simple and fast to book the appointment. Once I got to the salon, I was not at the front waiting, I was there right at my appt time and they walked me in as soon as I got there which was nice. We talked about what I wanted and discussed a few things before getting started. I will say that my hair did not look like the do in the picture I brought, however I was asked several times what I wanted changed and it was changed until I was happy. I loved my hair all day!! more

I just got a full highlight and cut with Candace at the Duluth/Johns Creek location, and I am more than happy with her work. She took her time and got it right. I will definitely be going back! I Love Joseph and Friends!!! more

AWESOME 5/31/2011

I have gotten my hair colored and cut here twice and have been in love with the way it turned out both times! I have been many other places that have left me in tears with the way my hair looks at the end but not here. Definitely sending people to Kori Fields at Joseph and Friends Roswell!!! more

Great facial and haircut 5/22/2011

Mila is fantastic with brows - perfect shape. The facial was so relaxing -- great neck massage! Earnest rocks at cut and color. He has an eye for the perfect color! I never have to worry about what it's going to look like -- it's always perfect! more

Fantastic service, nice folks! 5/18/2011

I really enjoyed my time at Joseph and Friends. The service was fantastic, and both of the ladies who worked with me were very nice. My one complaint would be that the service ran a bit long so I was an hour late getting back to work (hopefully nobody noticed) so allow extra time for your service, but I appreciate that they were willing to spend the time to do things right. I'll be coming back, I'll just allow a little extra time. more
