The ONLY negative thing about Joseph & Friends (other than Sam ripping skin off during an eyebrow wax and not really caring much) is the scheduling is sometimes off, particularly on Saturdays. I'm trying to do more weekday appointments, just to avoid the hassle. When I arrived for a recent appointment, I got the usual "deer in the headlights" look from the greeter who demanded, "Do you have an appointment?" I've been coming there for years and I've NEVER shown up without an appointment. The person on the phone had made the appointment for the following day by mistake. That happens, but I had a job interview, and it was very tight. As professional and terrific as the stylists are, they need some front-of-house help that doesn't appear shocked when people come in.
