We had used Jorve to repair our roof for one of our properties a few years back. They did an exceptional job and made my wife and I customers for life. Because of this, it was a no-brainer to give them a call when our summer home needed a roof installed to our separate garage project. As expected, Jorve completely went above and beyond throughout the whole process, the quote was great, the contractors were great and the roof looks incredible. Jorve has yet to disappoint! more

Mossy Roof Repair 5/26/2013

NOW We will only go with Jorve Roofing!! Trying to be super mom in front of my son has taken a backseat! It took both my son and I to almost fall off his roof to realize that we were not cut out to fix a weak spot on his roof that was next to the chimney. So we opted to have someone else properly fix the roof for us. Jorve Roofing came to look and had an estimate of about 3 hours to fix the problem, which sounded like a good deal! However, not only were they able to fix it, and properly, but they did it in two hours and charged us as such! It was wonderful to deal with a company that didn’t try to drag us around and overcharge us! We will only be trusting Jorve for all roofing repairs and replacement down the line, for myself and my children! more

I had just moved to Bellevue from Kaneohe, HI and bought a ""fixer-upper"", which as an architect was my dream! However, being new to the area and not having my normal trust worthy contractors- I did not realize how lost I would be. Jorve Roofing saved the day! Let me tell you, being new to the area and needing to replace my roof, among other things, was really intimidating! Thank goodness my Realtor, Corinne Bernard recommended that we call Jorve. They were helpful, and had the roof design I envisioned. Truly professional and knowing the industry, I knew all the high quality brands they used! All around excellent company and an architect's dream contractor! more

Moss-ridden, gross, disappointing, an eyesore, those are a few ways of describing my old, South Seattle roof. My new roof however can be described by taking those aforementioned descriptions and saying the complete opposite and that’s all thanks to Jorve Roofing. Getting a new roof is certainly an investment in both money and time and I am so happy to say that it was not a poor investment. I cannot possibly recommend Jorve enough. more

Jorve’s been stellar installing my new composite roof. My home has a cooler updated, yet more natural looking roof. The only downside to the new roof is that we’ve been motivated to renovate the majority of our home’s exterior in order to make everything look fresher and newer. Highly recommend Jorve if you want to do more to your roof than just give it a patch job. more

Needed a quick patch job for our rental property. Jorve came in like rockstars and were able to crank out a superior repair in a few hours. We were able to give them the specs of the problem over the phone and they came out of the gate the next day knowing exactly how to fix the patch. They were done in about two hours and had even cleaned up the water damage. more

It's always a hassle-free experience to work with incredible contractors that really know their stuff and are able to kind of exude an atmosphere of confidence. I had trepidation about whether my older roof could be salvaged or whether we'd have to completely start over on it, but the guys at Jorve soothed my worried heart by assuring me that they'd do their very best at saving the roof while overhauling the structural damage due to age.\r Now a few months later, the roof still has the classic look that I love but is no longer the leaky mess it once was, it feels like I was able to have my cake and eat it too. Awesome job, Jorve! more

Jorve did a wonderful job on my roof and even fixing the areas that were needing repair due to horrible wood rot. We got quite a few quotes from other reputable Seattle companies and all of them were about the same. But what separated Jorve from the rest was the confidence I felt after meeting with our contractor and the wealth of information we received on what was going to be needed and what was going to happen to our roof and our home as a whole. There was a bit of hand-holding and assurance that despite having people crawling around our roof, it really wasn't going to interfere with our day to day life, which was completely the case. Great work and incredibly non-intrusive. more

Jorve came highly recommended by our housing inspector to repair our crumbling chimney. Our inspector was very professional in being able to give me a very accurate estimate of what would be necessary and the cost of the repair. They were able to do a superior job in repairing the older brick work and flawlessly blended it with the new stone. I would highly recommend them for any roofing needs. more

Our roof had a patch that’s been severely water damaged and was beginning to leak pretty aggressively. We got several quotes, but Jorve was the only company that actually got up on the roof to examine the damage themselves, that impressed my husband and me quite a bit and we decided that Jorve was worth the cost because they seemed to know what they were doing. more

The only roofer we'll use 2/21/2012

Of the course of our home ownership, our roof had begun showing its age we decided it'd be best to invest the money in it now then wait until it fell apart and we'd have to invest so much more! We were really impressed by Jorve because not only were their prices the best we found for the amount of work, but their detailed analysis of my needs and their strong desire to meet them, won hands down over competitive companies. more

In order to add a mother-in-law’s apartment to our garage we had to raise the existing roof, and then remodel it. It was a job that Jorve did and exceeded our expectations with their hard work and craftsmanship. more

Very Poor Business Practices 1/5/2012

I read all the positive reviews and called Jorve to quote a job for me. The guy who came out proposed doing a lot more than I expected but said he'd have a quote to me in a week. Someone from Jorve's office called the next week to see what I thought but the quote hadn't come. Took a couple more calls, and several more weeks to finally be told the job was approximately 5 times more than what he'd told me on site. A totally outrageous quote! Between the delays and the quote, I'm convinced they simply didn't want the real job - probably not big enough. Still, they wasted my time and left a very bad taste. I am upset enough by how I was treated to want to let others know. Maybe they are good at some things, but be careful. They failed to follow through - repeatedly - then tried to hustle me. more

Jorve saved the day by patching a leak in one of our resident’s roofs. How it happened is still unknown, but the substantially massive hole was dumping quite a bit of water as well as letting in all the cold air. Jove came in like champions and repaired the roof in the maner of hours. They are our go-to guys for all things roof. more

Expert Chimney Repair 12/13/2011

Our old brick chimney gave up the ghost and decided it didn’t really want to be attatched to our home anyway, causing me to have to call Ted at Jorve Roofing. Since we used Jorve to repair my parent’s roof it was easy to think of Jorve right away. The refurbishment did not take as long as I had thought it would and I am genuinely impressed with how much nicer my home looks with a made-over chimney. It’s like night and day! more
