Dr. Jones is one of the most articulate, thoughtful, and helpful doctors I have ever seen. She treats patients as equals -- which is refreshing, especially among OB/GYNs. She works extremely hard and is willing to answer questions, offer information, and create space, with her counsel, for women to find the best solutions for their health. Dr. Jones gets my unbridled and enthusiastic recommendation. more

Shows up late for patient deliveries 11/4/2009

Dr. Kara Jones is known among the nurses and staff at LGH's Women's and Babies Hospital for showing up late for deliveries by her patients. She and her colleagues missed several deliveries in the fall of 2009--requiring other on-call doctors to deliver the babies. Most staff are aware of this problem.
