I was absolutely appalled at the 1/27/2012

I was absolutely appalled at the attitude of the front receptionist at this Hospital. The nurses were very sweet, but Aimee's treatment of customers made me embarrassed for the staff at this hospital. I sat in the waiting room and watched her be extremely rude to 4 other customers who came in. She snapped at the nurses and was condescending. If this is how Jones wants their business represented, then I imagine they will lose a lot of clients having someone of Aimee's rudeness level running the front. more

Won't be back! 7/7/2011

I will never take my dog there again. The staff is rude and incompetent. They don't call to let you know your dog is out of surgery or to check up once they have an appointment. I will only take my dog to VCA in Abingdon. They are caring, passionate, and always check up on your dog. I would not recommend anyone take their pet to Jones if they care about it. Worst experience EVER!! I would not even give them a star if it did not require it. There should be a negative option. more
