Jonathan's Flowers Wines

I planned a wedding back in October 2007, I met Jonathan at a bridal show and he sold the bride and I when he offered the bridal bouquet at no charge if we booked with him. We set an appointment for the consultation and I just adored him! He has such a great personality and was willing to work with the budget we had in mind. He had wonderful ideas that we had not thought of and the flowers at the reception were beautiful. Jonathan went above and beyond. I have just recently started planning again, now that my daughter is one, and I will absolutely use Jonathan's Flowers again in the future. My daughter was married last May, 2008.We used Jonathan's florist. What a BAD experience.They messed up everythin in the order. My daughter's bouquet was so small.not what we ordered! All the flowers were DEAD! My daughter cried so much on her most important day of her life.Jonathan's flowers are the worst I had ever seen.I hope noone gets stuck like me.We paid $3000, and I could have done a better job myself. more

We used Jonathan's Flowers for our wedding. With such an important day you would expect flowers that you ordered six months in advance to be right, but everything about them was wrong! They were late to the hotel and the flowers were terrible. All of the flowers were closed, all of the bouquets were smaller than they were supposed to be, and they even put fake plastic ivy and leaves in the bouquets instead of real ones. I could have done a better job making them myself and saved hundreds of dollars. When we called to tell Jonathan how terrible the flowers were he said that the fact that they didn't open was ""god's will"", I guess his procrastination and ordering them late had nothing to do with it. He would not give us any kind of refund and we will never use Jonathan's Flowers again! Cons: MANY more

met with 4 florist?all supposedly the best and cheapest prices in town? I actually never intended to meet with Jonathan but got an e-mail from him on a wym and decided to book a free consultation. Boy am I glad I did. For the cost that he gave me for my bouquet?s, bouts, pew cones, and even centerpieces is what other?s were quoting me just for bouquet?s and bouts! We honestly clicked instantly and new that he was the right florist for me. He did an awesome job on my bouquet following everything that I asked for to a tee. Jon?s bout was beautiful, and the pew cones were awesome! My only complaint was that I had added other flowers later on to my centerpieces, and never got an updated contract?well the flowers I asked to be added into the centerpieces were not in there when I saw them, but they still looked awesome! He also aloud me to provide my own glass ware so I could save more money and put that toward the cost of flowers. Pros: they work with ANY budget Cons: you never get to see the exact flower before the big day... so it's a bit of a surprise and you hope you'll get what you asked for. more

I recently used Jonathan's Flowers for a memorial service. After upgrading the flowers on the website by almost double he (Jonathan himself) assured me that there would be no problems and I should have no worries about a sensitive issue. I show up to the service to find out the flowers were not there. It was too late to call him prior to the service. Right after I called and was lied to by one of his workers""they were on the truck"". Jonathan called me back shortly thereafter and apologized and said they had been overwhelmed by a wedding that morning and I would be refunded the charge (which a week later hasn't shown up on my card). I guess the bottom line is if you cannot handle the amount of work don't take it on and especially don't ignore such a sensitive subject as a memorial service...I won't use Jonathan's Flowers again and when using FTD I will make sure he won't be used!
