My Fujitsu lifebook had AC connector problem. Searched around Internet and found this place. Somebody else had his lifebook fixed before and left positive review. I did try to look for other places because Hayward is a bit out of my normal routine. But not that many places fix fujitsu and some don't have the parts. So eventually I made the call, and although they can do the shipping thing, I would rather to deliver by myself. It was on Saturday afternoon, they waited for me even though I got lost and caught traffic jam on freeway and almost 1 hour late. And the coming Monday afternoon they called me to pick it up. Everything's great. I'm very happy to have my notebook working again. Johnson's Computer do whatever other stores won't do and the price is quite reasonable. Highly recommend! more

Excellent Service 8/5/2008

Took my friend's Toshiba laptop with a faulty power connector. Johnson Computer was able to quickly repair the problem and got it back the following morning in good working order. My friend was happy to be able to use his laptop again and truly appreciate the fine service the shop performed. Would highly recommend their services to friends and family anytime. more

fantastic PC powerjack repair 5/30/2008

Johnson performed two PC powerjack replacements for my two laptops. The first was one that other shops told me they couldn't do because my motherboard was cracked. Johnson did it, and my computer is now fine. I found their service professional and attentive. I would certainly bring my computers to them again. more

WOW Just What The Doctor Ordered... 11/10/2007

Found these guys on the net. Read some reviews and thought I'd take a chance and I'm glad I did. They CALLED ME and told that they had received my laptop and was going to fix it. One day later they CALLED ME again and got my payment info and shipped my laptop out to me the next day. Couple days later and big box was sitting on my doorstep. Plugged it in and wooohooo it was charging up again!! YEAH BABY That's what I'm talking about!\r \r Great Service Great People! \r \r Laptop won't charge up anymore... My repair came in at less than half of what the Apple people quoted for a repair of the power connector to the PowerBook. An entirely professional, efficient transaction. Full marks. I'd use them again in a keystroke. more

Remarkable work, but a little pricey 11/30/2006

I have an old Fujitsu laptop that was absolutely state of the art when new...four years ago. Still, it only weighs four pounds, and does everything I need it to do, so I don't want to upgrade. \r \r The power supply broke away from the motherboard, and I made the problem worse by trying to fix it myself. Several local repair shops told me to junk it. Johnson was able to fix the problem for ~$230.\r \r Less than a month later, my OS is failing--due to a faulty HD, I think. I'm taking my beloved machine back to Johnson, and I'll report back in a week or so. more

Johnson Computers 11/5/2005

Johnson Computers is an okay plae to go to when you buy a computer or even get it repaired. But however they are at a somewhat high price range which is something i do not like. They do however have a wide variety to choose from which is a good thing an also parts if you need it. more
