John's Towing were very understanding & helpful during the whole process. They were at the scene in record time, and even went so far as to put my car in the garage for me instead...

On Saturday my Volvo broke down on the road to Sacramento CA. The trooper came out to help us and insisted on calling a tow truck. Your driver arrived shortly thereafter and took care of everything. I wanted to write this letter to thank you for his outstanding service. He was not only pleasant and polite but also efficient and quick. I would appreciate it if you could thank him for me. more

We are so thankful for the help we received from your driver the other night. He tried very hard to get are car going and when he could not. He took us to a shop that could work on it And helped us to get a motel room for the night. Thanks for helping making a disaster in to a more pleasurable experience. more

Not only did he perform the tow to perfection but he also let me use his cell phone so I could try to line up a ride. When I couldn?t secure a ride he asked where I lived and he said it was on his ride back to the shop and could drop me off which I gladly accepted. more

Thanks for your help with this claim. It took several hours and I watched it all. The care and meticulousness of the towing company was remarkable. I was very impressed with their work. This could have cost a lot more in car repairs if the job had been rushed or done by someone with a lesser level of professionalism and skill. more

Normally I do not write everytime I have a break down, but from my experience many tow truck co's try to stick you up for all you have. But your supervisor on duty was very professional and accomadating. more
