John and Barbera are the dynamic duo of service. They believe and show it, that their is no such things as customers, only friends and friends you have not met yet. That is how they operate and once you walk into their shop you get that feeling right away. Beside being an excellent shop, they make you feel welcomed. I would trust no other place for my vehicles and steer all my friends to them. more

I used John's Automotive services once, and I am very pleased with it. It is a family run business with customer service above expectations. My car was making an intermittent noise. The day that I was able to reproduce the noise, they took me in without an appointment, and I got my car back on the same afternoon. It turned out that there were two sources of the noise, and in such a short time they were able to discover only one. Nonetheless, when I returned to fix the other source of the noise, they adjusted the price as a consideration for the inconvenience of having to take my car back. They also performed a complementary overall inspection as standard practice, and advised me on a couple of other issues that needed attention which I was not aware of. Their advise felt genuine, and a no point they seemed pushy or trying to sell unnecessary services. In summary: honest, great customer service, knowledgeable. I foresee going back to them for a long time to come. more

First of all, everyone who i talked to and dealt with was extremely friendly and made my experience very pleasant. I was most impressed by the fact that they didn't pressure me to get repairs I couldn't afford. They worked with me on what I should get done now. I felt taken care of instead of screwed over, like I do with most other mechanics. more
