I would not recommend this business. They play the blame game when there is a problem so they can get out of fixing the issue. I had to take my car back a few times to fix problems. They damaged the paint on the mirror of the car and claimed it was like that. They re-assembled the bumper and the gaps on the hood and bumper were uneven. They said they did not work on that side so it must've been from a previous accident. more

The only reason they got two stars is because they are nice. However I took my care there because it is a Nationwide repair shop. I had to take my car back several times to have it fixed right. They forgot to align my hood, my headlight was sunk back, they didn't buff my mirror, and several other things. That isn't what made me write this review though. What made me write it is they said they were going to pay for a rental because I had to keep bringing my car back for their mistakes. Six months later I get a random charge on my card and thought someone got my credit card info so I had to cancel my credit card while I was traveling. Come to find out Johns Auto Body didn't pay Hertz for the rental so Hertz charged my card instead. I called Johns three times about this and all I would get is I will call you back and take care of it. It was never taken care of and they NEVER initiated a call to me and I finally got tired of calling them because they obviously do not care. I even offered to stop by and they write me a check and I was told ""we can't do that"". more

If you liked the way you were treated in the old days in terms of kindness and respect, you will really like the people at Johns Auto Body! Their work is at the very finest. Your cars ready when promised and the workmanship is beyond compare. more
