Kathy Dottore & State Farm have been my insurer of Choice for many years. I can always count on them to help me find the best value, awesome customer service. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to have reliable, conscientious and considerate insurance carriers at a great value, I always know my insurance will be handled professionally and efficiently but with the personal touch so lacking in so many insurance companies. more

I have been insured with State Farm Insurance, through Kathy\r Dottore's office in San Marcos, CA, for several years. They have been provided me with detailed information when requested, excellent rates, and excellent client service. I have always been able to talk directly to a representative who has listened to my concerns, answered my questions and\r made me feel like I am their most important client. Working with my agents has been a pleasant experience as well as a benefical one. Without hesitation, I would recommend State Farm Insurance. more

Dear Kathy, Thank you for calling me and letting me know that my rental insurance was over due. As you know, I have always been on time with my payments. What happened was that I was on vacation in Italy for one month and totally forgot about it until my return. I appreciate you not letting my rental policy expire. If it had, it would have cost me a lot more money to use the insurance company my lender would have forced me to use. more

I'm glad that my insurance policy with you included ".a promise (of).the very best claims service." Your staff delivered.as promised. From "first contact" by phone with Trevor, through multiple contacts with Christina Whitman both in person and by phone, and the followup with Cathy Courson, I had supportive, friendly interactions. When I called to tell you about the newly acquired dent in my car's bumper when I went shopping, you immediately took charge and gave me instructions to get the damage repaired. I went to Kenny's Kar Klinic in Vista, and they gave me the best service, arranged for me to get a car while mine was being repaired. This experience only confirms why I have been a customer of your agency and State Farm. Thank you for being there and helping get the job done so efficiently and quickly. more
