Want a $400 oil change. Be told your 2010 auto's oil pan drain plug is worn. Be told they can install an oversized plug. Be told your new plug leaks. Be told the pan leaks now. It will leak over a quart in a week while waiting for the part. Be told they will call when the part is available. \r \r After rotating the recently balanced tires I now have a steering wheel shake at highway speeds. Will I have them look at this? Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, .........!\r \r \r more

The absolute worst rip off automotive repair shop anywhere. Don't take your car here , these guys are rude, unprofessional and love to take advantage of anyone needing auto repairs or towing ! They have only stayed in business by praying on un-suspecting tourist. As the area grows, they should ( hopefully ) be out of business soon ! more

Stay away. This place is not only bad, but they spend time monitoring bad reviews. They turned me down after I went to give them a second chance (because I believe everyone deserves a second chance). Kind of makes you wonder why they feel the need.\r \r They hit me $75 to mount and balance two tires. They didn't follow my instructions and I had to return because there was a problem (forgot what it was now). Then, they were ready the send me off with about 30 psi less in the tires than were in there (it was even obvious to me that they were low).\r \r It's a shame too, because they are very close to where I live and would have been convenient. Glad they turned me down after the bad review though. Here's another one for you guys. =) more

If you are looking for a fair deal, look elsewhere. The folks at this shop are rude and un-friendly, and they attempted to severely overcharge me. They are more expensive than even the dealership. Don't trust them. Take it somewhere else! more

When I moved to the area, I didn't know any one or any place to go for a battery replacement in my car. I went here and I asked them to help me ,as my neighbor jumped my sports car off, when I discovered it dead on my way to work. They told me I needed a special battery, because of my high performance sports car. Well, my husband was not any where to help give me advise and they knew it. They took advantage of my inexperience and charged me $150.00 for a battery change. I know now to never go to any repair shop unless I know what to expect or unless my husband is with me. They should be ashamed of the way they take advantage of people. I will never go there again and I have told every one of my neighbors about my experience. They don't realize bad service can hurt you as much as good service can help. What a bad first experience to the neighborhood, I have learned my lesson. Shame on them. more
