Sopensky Properties is located in Lemoyne, PA and operates a full time Property Management operation. There are on-staff leasing agents, property managers and maintenance department staff. Properties are in Hummelstown, Lebanon, Mechanicsburg and Harrisburg. Understand that most of the properties are ""Affordable Housing"" and are not upscale rentals, they provide a comfortable properties for affordable prices. Most of the properties have recent upgrades, understanding there will always be issues arising as they are not newly built structures but overall the management works to address the issues as best as possible. more

ok if people are looking for a place to live. DO NOT LIVE in a Sopenski properties property!! and NO I AM NOT EVICTED!! I am still here, and have been here for 4 yrs. No work EVER gets done around here EVEN after repeated calls about SAME PROBLEMS!, there is dog feces EVERYWHERE, have found rusted steak knives in grass on more than one occasion. He REFUSES to do ANY kind of work. Also Very two faced staff. They tell you one thing and then do another behind your back. bags of trash all over the dumpster area, WHEN the dumpster is empty. there are fires in these building alot!! Have had Sewage sitting down in the basement for over 2 months. I was supposed to have a new front door put on when i moved in because my door was kicked in by previous tennant, and WAS NEVER Replaced after repeated calls to have it replaced. Was also supposed to get new windows which i was told BEFORE i moved in and STILL dont have them and the cold air that comes in like crazy!! Have tons of water coming in thru windows when it rains. And the Property Manager Mei Ling goes around and shows apartments to people that are ALREADY OCCUPIED! And comes in WITHOUT KNOCKING OR CALLING to let you know OR EVEN ASK if it is ok to do this, which IT IS NOT! ITS ILLEGAL!!! Unless they have permission, and I know of a case where she didnt. The Lower Paxton Police are here ALL THE TIME for fights out in parking lots the front doors are basically closet doors. so like the one review said , im sure there have been trashy tennants that have trashed their places. BUT IM NOT ONE OF THEM!! So word to the wise, DONT RENT FROM THIS IDIOT! If you do you will be wasting your money!! THATS A GUARANTEE!!! more

I also lived there and know the trashy people who write in to complain because they didnt recieve their deposit after they trash the place...surprise. This is a huge property management company with a lot of apartments and they dig up a newspaper article from a sewage situation in Rye Township from who knows when? HAHA Just shows how deperate, evicted people lash out when they're bitter. They can't get a decent landlord reference because of their pathetic rental history. Those of us who are happy where we live and know the truth enjoy living here and so do all the long term tenants who represent the law-abiding, rent-paying tentants at the property. more

John Sopensky is a slum lord and has no respect for people renting from him. I had issues and was hang up on repeatedly. I searched him on the internet and found very bad things about this man and his many properties. I know there was mold is the place my family member rented because I'm allegric to mold and would go come very sick after being there for just a few minutes. Don't ever rent from this man. And if anything else says these are good apartments than it's probably John himself writing the review because they are not good. Search the internet and see about the bad reviews in Hummelstown, and read the Rye township meeting where his building had a sewer discharging from the building into the ground. That's sick. This man is nothing but a slum lord and cares about no one but himself. I wouldn't ever even want to work for the man. more
