When we had questions, they walked us through possibilities. When we had ideas, they made 'em reality. Their attention to detail was amazing, and the products used were top-notch. I live in a Central Tx Resort 5/20/2011

It took a long time to decide to have a pool and then even longer to determine what it would look like and who would build it. John was never hesitant to take me on long Pool Tours until he saw my ""eyes light up"" with the right ideas for me. He worked with me on the design and rolled with it as I changed my mind. I now have a beautiful backyard and really enjoy my pool. more

Best of the Best ....from design stage to post completion 7/31/2009

Our pool was completed 18 months ago, at the same time our new house was build. I highly recommend Pack Pools,They worked extremely well with my Builder and landscaper. We are very happy with the final product and the service after completion has been excellent. I strong recommend the self clean feature. The build-in jets keep the pools nice and clean. I spend maybe 10 minutes a week doing maintenance. Pros: Service and quality of workmanship outstanding more

Beautiful, unique saltwater pool 6/11/2009

We love our pool from Pack Pools in Georgetown. This is our third summer with the pool, and it's just wonderful. Highly recommend the in-floor cleaning system as an added feature. The heads pop up like sprinkler heads and push debris toward the main drain, so we don't need a pool vac or to clean the pool with a net very often at all. Maybe once or twice as leaves are falling. Pack is the premier pool builder in Georgetown 6/1/2009

We've had our Pack Pool since 2004 and have enjoyed it tremendously. Very low maintenance thanks to John Pack's design recommendations. The attention to detail of John's stone masons and plumbing crew is far and above any others I have encountered in Georgetown. And John's new service manager is very knowledgeable and bends over backwards to help his customers. I highly recommend Pack Pools. I Love my Pool 5/27/2009

I really love my pool. Especially the fact that it is almost maintenance free. I had John put in the special system that pushes water through valves all over the pool pushing the dirt to the main drain. All I have to do is check the chemicals occasionally, empty the baskets, and backwash the filter. John and his crew put in our pool the about two years ago, and it still looks great. When we started looking for pools we didn't know anything, and interviewed several pool builders. We chose Pack Pools because we knew that he would be responsive to our needs, work with us through the process, answer our questions (we had lots) and make sure we were happy. My pool builder 4/23/2009

John and his crew were so accommodating during the building of our pool. We frequently work late and John was always willing to meet us late in the evenings for discussions and planning. He also took us around to other homes so that we could look at other pools he had built. We love our pool! Furthermore, we had some issues with our spa heater and the service guys were great with the repair of that including getting the rep out to determine that it was a warranty issue and not our expense. We had our pool built a few years ago and in my search for the right pool builder I had three of my friends recommend Pack Pools. John Pack took the time and patience, due to our neighborhood restrictions, to meet with us and learn what kind of pool we would most enjoy and be allowed to build. Pack pools met and exceeded our expectations in more than one way with appearance, maintenance and customer service. Our pool is beautiful and has been a pleasure to own. We love our pool and patio. 3/23/2009

John took the time to get to know us, then designed a patio and pool area that was just what we wanted. He and his staff were wonderful and we couldn't be happier with the end product. Custom Pool 2/9/2009

My custom home builder submitted our pool design to three pool builders. Pack Pools had built another pool in our area that we liked and our builder acknowledged that the engineering design of the pack pool was superior to the other designs submitted and the cost was actually less. After discussions with John about how his team approached the building process we chose to select Pack Pools to build our pool. The pool building process was exactly as John had described and the finished product was aesthetically pleasing and offered an excellent outdoor family adventure. more

Excellent Pool Design and Quality Installation 12/5/2008

We asked five pool builders to bring us their pool design and an estimate for a pool 4 years ago. When John Pack arrived, he asked a lot of questions and then returned with a pool design that fit our back yard and offered a beautiful addition to our home. John's design and installation were exactly what we were looking for and we continue to receive many compliments from our guests. His estimate was competitive with the other builders, but his plan stood out when comparing the design features and the quality of the pool he built. We strongly recommend Pack Pools to all of our friends and are pleased that so many have followed our advice and are enjoying their Pack pool. more

Great Experience 11/13/2008

Our pool and spa were filled last week and if I had to build another pool I would use Pack Pools again. The construction of the pool was timely and I was kept up to date during all phases. When a minor design change was requested Pack Pools worked with us to make it happen. You will definitely get a ""custom"" pool. Now we are in start-up mode and the pool is wonderful. Fabulous, Awesome, Amazing Pools 11/13/2008

Our pool is fabulous; our first swim day was August 8, 2008. We are still amazed by the transformation of our once blah backyard to a fantastic place to gather with friends, spend quality time with family and relax while listening to the waterfall/fountain - all in our backyard. I was sold when John Pack took my husband and me to see pools we could see and touch. What a difference that made - seeing the quality made me a believer. I didn't want just any pool - I wanted a WOW pool and that is what Pack Pools built. more

Dear John, I would like to thank you for building our beautiful pool. We had a very unique area to build a pool in. You designed a beautiful pool and had the wonderful service to go along with it. Your selections and information that you had available, helped us make great design choices too. Your workers were gracious and kind each time they were at the house. I never went a day worrying of any trouble. Our pool took some time to build due to the difficulty and I know that you planned that according to your workloads and the amount of time that you expected it to take. I enjoyed working with a pool company that has a ""hometown"" feel. We trusted you from the beginning. We got 3 bids and we chose yours because of your reputation of building beautiful pools. We wanted quality and we believe that you really do get what you pay for.\r \r We hope to enjoy many years with our pool. It has truly made our home complete. It would be hard to duplicate our set up ever again. I would truly recommend Pack Pools to any one that is serious about owning a ""custom pool"" with custom service.\r more
