John Mallett has been my insurance agent for the past 10 years. He and his entire staff have been most helpful in addressing my automobile, home owners, personal property and golf cart insurance. \r \r My wife was in an accident which was not her fault. The other insurance company hesitated with reimbursements and paying medical claims. John Mallett stepped up and paid for the automobile claim and the hospital and then went after the others persons insurance company. This saved me a lot of aggravation. He was there for me from beginning to end and helped me to understand how everything worked a little better. I like having an agency on my side that I know that I can trust. more
