Used State Farm for over 6 years and been happy with our agent. We recently had a claim and the rep handled it well. Glad to see State Farm on Judy's Book.

John Kraft State Farm - Excellent service 8/3/2009

We've been with John Kraft since 1988, starting with auto insurance on two cars, plus renter's insurance. We got our homeowner's insurance from him when we bought our first and only house in 1992. We've made a few claims, including an unfortunate string of events within several months of each other, and never had any difficulty filing claims. Full Service, Friendly and Honest! 6/30/2008

I have been with John Kraft's office for almost 8 years and have never had anything but prompt, helpful service. Their office provides answers to financial questions as well - IRA/Universal Life Plans. They really present you with all the best options for you! It has been great working with them during times of crisis (car accidents) as well! They were sympathetic and helpful even when it wasn't a claim that went through them. I would give them a glowing recomendation on all fronts! more
