Buyer Beware! This business uses deceptive advertising to lure people into their showroom. Their favorite method is to use Craigslist to list a year make and model and state lowest OTD price, then they list a price that they have no intention of honoring. They have an ""F"" rating from the BBB due to their fraudulent practices. They slam their competitors, talk bad about customers that are unhappy with them and do not seem to care about or understand the concept of customer service. more

Two Thumbs Down!!! 3/12/2012

What a bunch of clowns. It starts at the top with John Kiley and goes all the way to the bottom. Nobody there cares (or knows anything) about costumer service. The sales staff doesn?t know their product and is more interested in talking to each other about their weekend than doing their job. Listen to Curtis (the sales manager) for a few minutes and it becomes clear he doesn?t have a clue. I don?t know what they were thinking when they hired that clown. I?ve been to this dealership several times and have been ignored or subjected to listening Curtis talking about himself. If that is what you?re looking for in a dealership then go for it. But if you want good customer service, a competent service department, and competitive pricing you really need to go elsewhere. Pros: null Cons: null more

Sleazy salesmanger 12/15/2011

Sleazy sales staff. I spent several hours negotiating a price on a bike only to have Kiley?s try to slip in a bunch of fees when I was ready to pay. What a waste of time. I walked out, went to a competitor and saved about $2K. Don't waste your time with these sleaze bags. more

Not so Awesome 12/15/2011

The so called sales manager is a clown. He's a SELF proclaimed "Busa Expert" that truth be know doesn't know his head from a hole in the ground. I was in Kiley's one day and "overheard" Curtis bragging about "never checking the valve clearance on any of his Busas." He clearly doesn't know how to properly maintain a motorcycle. Further indication of his so call expertise is the statement "you shouldn't shift a Busa into 6-gear unless you're going over 150 mph. Please...this is an expert??? I'd say he's just another windbag know-it-all. I recently went shopping for a new bike and I found Kiley's sales staff unhelpful and not very knowledgeable. But the biggest reason I didn't buy from them is there prices high and they refuse to deal. I went to Barracuda Suzuki in Fort Walton and got a great deal. Saved big over Kiley's. It looks like the positive reviews of Kiley's were written by their staff...go figure. more

Kiley's SUCKS 12/13/2011

I recently went shopping for a new bike and I found Kiley's sales staff unhelpful and not very knowledgeable. The salesmen would rather stand around talking to their friends than help customers. The other reason I didn't buy from them is there prices suck and they refuse to deal (when you finally get someone to talk to you). I went to a different dealership and got a great deal. Saved big over Kiley's and actually talked to a salesmen who want to sell me a motorcycle. I noticed the positive review of Kiley's and it sounds like "Psycho" Curtis wrote it. I also just bought a 2011 Suzuki Hyabusa From John KIleys Cycle World. I had a great experience ! I also shopped around and bought my busa at the BEST PRICE AVAILABLE. The sales guys were awesome, I met and talked at length to Curtis, he is very knowledge about busa's and was more than willing to share his knowledge with me. I asked Russell ( salesperson ) about the incident you describe and he was very forthcoming. While Russell and I were chatting about this some lady walked by and spoke up, she said she over heard Most of the conversation between you and curtis and it was nothing like you describe.\r \r The truth of the matter is you were complaining you can not put your busa in 6th gear at 50-60 mph. DUH........its a busa, I can't do that on mine either, it's not made to do that !\r \r I think you embaressed your self and perhaps bought way to much bike for your riding ability, newbbies shouldn't ride busa's !\r \r RN more

Psycho Saleman!!! Beware!!! 10/15/2011

Worst dealership I?ve ever been to. Prices start above MSRP and they're not willing to deal. Sales staff is arrogant and just downright rude. The service manager is clueless. If you are reading this you probably won?t buy from them anyway because you are doing your research. You will quickly find a better price and friendlier service. I contacted dealerships within a 50 mile radius of Pensacola and saved thousands $$$$$ on a new Busa. I made an offer at Kiley?s and the salesman (Crazy Curtis) didn?t even bother to return my call. Then when I went to Kiley?s for some parts he went psycho on me because I did buy from him. more

I recently purchased a new 2011 Busa. I didn't buy it at Kiley's because the sales people wouldn't even return my call much less deal. Any dealership that starts their pricing above MSRP for end of year models is not going to give you a good deal. I saved thousands by going out of state. I brought the bike into Kiley's for service because it is the closest dealership...big mistake. I knew they might not welcome me with open arms but I never expected what happened next. When the salesman (Psycho Curtis) found out I did not purchase the bike from Kiley's he told me I needed to get it serviced where I bought it. I told him I was going to call Suzuki and find out what they had to say about his policy. That's when he lost it! He started yelling and cussing. He told me to get the f*#k out of here and don't come f*#king back. This profanity and yelling continued for the several minutes it took me to put my gear on and ride away. This was by far the most bizarre experience I have ever had in a business setting. BEWARE...these guys are bad news!!! more

we originally went in to only look and talk to someone about the different tyoes of atv's that they had in the store. i was surprised to go out of the store with a fourwheeler and the graciousness of the owner! was very glad to have gone in here! more
