This place leads you to believe your loved one will be well taken care of. At first, it seems they do a decent job. The social worker does a good talk, she fooled me. After a few months, they start slacking. I have a loved one who is for the most part, confined to a wheelchair. They tell me they walk them around and interact with them but I've found evidence that it's not true. The price is great but that's probably one reason the service isn't that great. Probably will spend the extra money for a sitter at home -after I add a granny-cam of course.
