Yearly Air Conditioning Equipment Inspection 6/26/2017

Joe, field technician, arrived on time (actually a little early, which is fine by me). He was courteous, friendly, and efficient. We were pleased to hear that our equipment, though old, is in tip-top shape due to regular inspections and our good care. Cipollone has serviced our equipment for 30+ years and we have been pleased with the professionalism of the company. more

Installation and Service 6/12/2017

This company installed a highly sophisticated gas furnace A/C system with thermostat in my house several years ago. They changed all the PVC lines and copper lines. They did an incredible job. I counted 15 people over three days working very hard and the results are excellent. They routinely perform service each year. The service technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated. The prices are competitive. The company appears to be a three generation family tradition. I highly recommend them for installation and service for your HVAC system. more

HVAC Install 5/24/2017

Our estimator Matthias, along with the rest of the team Taurino, Larry & Kevin, did an awesome job with the installation of our new HVAC system. From the original contact, Matthias came out and measured the rooms, taking all the variables into consideration, including window count & placement, he pulled together an estimate and professionally answered all our questions. Once scheduled, Matthias, along with the team was on time, neat, organized and pleasant. They were very knowledgeable about the product . Very pleased me made the decision to go with John Cipollone, Inc. more

The team of Matthias,Larry,Taurino,and Kevin,did a wonderful job,replacing and installing a new heater and air conditioner in my home.They were professional,friendly,and neat.The new system that was recommended is heads above the old one,it is quiet,efficient,and will probably save me energy and money over time.I enjoyed having these folks work in my home.I recommend them to anyone in need of this kind of work and service. gratefully and sincerely Ray Havertown Pa. more

Always Excellent Service 5/14/2017

Our family receives oil burner and air conditioner service from John Cipollone, Inc, and have so for 2 decades or more. We always ask for MarkH - he arrives on time, is cheerful, professional, neat and clean, very customer service oriented - always has time to ask how we all are, and is very knowledgeable about our systems, which gives us confidence that all work is done right. We only see Mark twice a year, once in the Fall for oil burner maintenance, and once in the Spring, to check out our air conditioning unit. I cannot recall the last time we've needed to call for service, which is a blessing! We are immensely satisfied with the Cipollone organization - trust-worthy, honest, and dependable, top-notch employees like MarkH! more

Service Visit 1/4/2017

Sebastian from John Cipollone responded to a service call I placed on New Year's day. I was impressed with the quick turn around especially since it was a holiday. Sebastian was extremely curteous and did a wonderful job. He restored my heat in no time. I am grateful for the attention they gave to my dire situation. more
