Work was done quickly, thoroughly and professionally. Upon request they provided independent advise on timing of shingles replacement without pressure tactics. more

Responded shortly after the online work request was filled out. Very friendly and explained pricing and work that was to be included. Work was done first thing in the morning the following day. It was a little pricey but they committed an hour's worth of work and did some extra touch ups on the roof to make it worthwhile more

After a solid day of rain, we found more than just light coming from the dining room potlights. We knew the roof had a couple of issues, but the gentleman from Johansen Improvements found a couple more. I'm guessing he was right as it has rained since and (knock wood).....no more water on the dining room table. They were very quick to respond and very nice to deal with. more

Outstanding 4/30/2012

They came, they repaired. A few shingles had blown off. Johansen Improvements came and replaced them. They also inspected the rest of the roof - resealed some vents. And made suggestions. They didn't say ""we have to replace your whole roof"" They did exactly what needed to be done in an efficient and timely manner. Outstanding. more

They provided exceptional service and rejigged the estimate to include and exclude materials and services a couple of times for us - they were patient and accommodating. The roofers and eaves/downspout tradesmen were extremely neat and focused on their work (the eaves guys came up with a fantastic solution to hide a rather ugly downspout along the fence line). Would definitely recommend them. more

Johansen Improvements was wonderful to deal with, and I would not hesitate to use their services again. When we discovered water coming in our dining room ceiling they responded promptly to our call for help, and unlike another top rated company, they did not charge for the initial consultation. From beginning to end, their service was top notch, the price was very fair, and the workmanship was excellent. more
