Fast and courteous service! Prompt service, they were actually 40 minutes earlier than I was told to expect them. Personally knowing shop employees helped me get my issues resolve...

They Go the Extra Mile 11/29/2011

My car needed a tow to the shop so I called Joe's for roadside assistance. Initially I was told the wait was going to be about an hour, but the driver showed up within 20 minutes. It was rush hour on a rainy Monday, but the driver was really friendly and professional. He got me and the car to the shop, made sure everything was safely locked up and that I was in my loaner car before leaving the parking lot. more

Woohoo! 11/22/2011

These were the people who actually made it out to rescue my stranded-alongside-highway-50-with-a-flat-tire self. I was quoted an ETA of 45 minutes to 1 hour, but they called me within 20 minutes to verify my location. Within 30 minutes, boom. They'd made it. Wohooo! The driver was swift and super friendly. He made the front-to-back tire change in effortless fashion, and even jumped my battery. What a pro, huh! NOTE TO SELF: Can't do the damsel in distress situation again. Learn how to change a flat tire ;) more

These guys are the best! They fast and friendly - plus they will go to the ends of the Earth to get you back on the right track. I keep their card in my glove box in case I ever need a jump start or tire change. I wouldn't go anywhere else. more

A+ Experience 11/14/2011

So, around 6 this morning, taking my dog out to the FAR EAST side of town for daycare when the car just stops. Husband is out of town, yada yada yada. Being the resourceful gal I am...hop onto my phone, find the number for Joe's and voila. So, about the service; Bruce was there in 8 minutes; super nice! Drives me out to daycare; drives me to the auto repair place; and then home. His shift is ended, this I know from the chit chat. Still super pleasant, polite, and friendly. So- as my first (and hopefully ONLY) towing experience, an A+. This had the potential to be bad, but it turned out well AND, in walking to work- made it on time. more

I could train a monkey to do a better job 10/10/2011

The guy who came out was rude as soon as he stepped foot out of the truck. Told me my car couldn't be fixed. Also criticized me for being out late. I took my car into a local shop today and they had it fixed in under a minute. Horrible service. Their ""customer service"" is a joke. The people working there have no idea what they are doing. Don't bother calling these people. Also, $50 to change a tire? LOL more

Our car was towed by mistake and they promised a refund. It never happened. They are trying to pass the blame to S&S Towing-which is just as bad..... Never never trust them!!!!! more

wonderful experience 3/5/2011

The day my car would not be start I called for a jump start. I called Joe's, the driver was here at the house way before I could believe it. Matt was nice, quick and polite. I was very satisfied with the service and the way he treated me. I have a business card for Matt now and he will be the only tow truck for me. I would tell you all to call JOE'S. more

Joe's Towing is GREAT 3/5/2011

In the snow I slid off the road. The lady that answered the phone at Joe's gave me a sense of understanding and told me she would have a tow truck to me in just a few minutes. Upon arrival the man made me feel at ease with what I had done. He hooked up my car and pulled me out of the ditch. He was very nice to me for what I did. I don't know why any one would have a problem. He was very professional in his demeanor and in the way he handled my car. more

This place is the biggest ripoffs!!! It's one thing to get charged for being towed. But to charge you for ""special"" equipment to be used???? WTF is that about and then an extra charge because it's past business hours?? Um hello, you towed the car after business hours!! Bry who answers the phone there, VERY unprofessional!!! She must be the truck driver because she has the mouth of one. This place needs to be closed down and stop making a living off of college kids that are poor!!!! more

Tired of being taken of advantage of... 1/31/2008

When a towing company tows your vehicle on a whim and charges you for it, that's almost tolerable. But when you are forced to pay another fee to release your vehicle when you did not asked to be towed in the first place, it makes a person feel like they have been violated. Much like a cell phone company charges you to receive calls that you don't ask for or want!
