So, around 6 this morning, taking my dog out to the FAR EAST side of town for daycare when the car just stops. Husband is out of town, yada yada yada. Being the resourceful gal I am...hop onto my phone, find the number for Joe's and voila. So, about the service; Bruce was there in 8 minutes; super nice! Drives me out to daycare; drives me to the auto repair place; and then home. His shift is ended, this I know from the chit chat. Still super pleasant, polite, and friendly. So- as my first (and hopefully ONLY) towing experience, an A+. This had the potential to be bad, but it turned out well AND, in walking to work- made it on time.
