Located near the intersection of Scheaffer and Michigan, Joe's Top Dog does a great job in serving the quick lunch. One waitress, Bonnie, runs around like the Enegizer Bunny, all with a smile on her face and a good natured attitude. Wednesdays are special because of the 97 cent Coney Islands they serve. The Coney's are better than average and the chilli is also very hearty. You won't lose weight eating at Joe's, but the burgers and theclub sandwiches are worth a few extra sit-ups.
