I personally had a good experience with their lock service. Everything went smoothly, the technician came and got straight to work. Got done and made sure all my questions were answered. more

forgetting my safe code 1/6/2011

I forgot the code to my safe and had no idea how to get it open. I got a hold of this locks service and they were able to get it open and reset the code so I'll be able to access it again. more

Cold weather 12/28/2010

The weather has been getting really chilly lately, but never did I think it was cold enough for my key to get stuck inside the keyhole of my driver side door. I thought I used the wrong key, but after double checking it WAS my car key. Thanks to Joe's for getting my key removed. more

You don't experience a lot of good customer service, but this service blew me away with theirs. They treated me really nice and was patient listening to what I wanted done. I wanted certain locks for certain doors in my house and they did a great job! Thanks so much. more
