Their technicians know exactly what they are doing and their staff is very knowledgeable. I got my questions answer from just being on the phone with them, which never happens because I can't even get questions answered from my phone company. Thanks for making things easier. more

I called three other lock services in town, and I have to say, Joe's had the best price offers - considering all the lock services it provides. I am a happy customer of theirs, and if in need of more lock services, I am definitely giving them a call again. more

Your techs came really quick and helped open my car door. They are seriously my life savers ! My dad would have killed me if he had to drive two hours away just to open my car with the spare key. Instead my friend suggested I call you guys. It was pretty cheap too, so it was totally worth it. Thank you so much ! more

Fast 8/27/2010

I had a to get to my sister's wedding because I'm the bride's maid but while I was picking up some stuff at the mall, I locked the keys in the car. And because everyone was busy running around, no one picked up my calls so I had to call a locksmith and he arrived quickly to open my door. Thank you!!!!!!!! more
