I wasn't thrilled with that I needed legal help but Meline Newby walked me thru the process and put me at ease. Mellisa Semento was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns in a timely fashion. I hope I don't need a lawyer again but if I do I would use Jodat services. more

TERRIFIC SERVICE 12/6/2010

HER I WAS ON THE WAY TO THE HOSPITAL BY MANATEE EMTS AND I AM THINKING KNOW WHAT. AFTER I GOT OUT OF THE HOSPITAL I CONTACTED JODAT LAW ATTORNEYS AND TOLD ATTORNEY SHANNON NERI THAT AS I WAS PULLING OUT OF LOWELS PARKING LOT AN A SUV GOING TO GAS TAILENDED ME PUSHING ME ACROSS THE STREET. THE EMTS HAD TO TAKE ME OUT ON A BOARD. IT HAS BEEN A LONG TIME BUT THE LAW FIRM AND MS NERI HAVE BEEN THERE FOR A POSITVE DIRECTION THE WHOLE TIME. Excellent Job 12/6/2010

It was a tough decision for me to even approach an attorney for my situation, but Melanie Newby took the time to explain the entire process and what I could expect. From there, Laurie Tecarr was my contact (although I was still able to reach Melanie via email if I needed to). Laurie was top-notch and put my mind at ease more than a few times along the way. Jeff at the Sarasota office was a consummate professional every time I had to stop by. Everything happened the way they said it would, and even more timely than originally anticipated. I had a very good experience with this firm and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. more

GREAT HELP 12/6/2010

I WAS REAR ENDED BY A TRUCK AND WAS HURTING. NOT KNOWING WHICH WAY TO TURN I SAW THE FLASHING SIGN, FOR ATTORNEYS. ATTORNEY SHANNON NERI ADVISED ME OF ALL THE INS AND OUTS AND WHAT PROCEDURES THAT I WAS TO FOLLOW. Great experience 12/2/2010

The criminal experience is never a fun one, but the Jodat firm made the process bearable and nearly stress-free. Mr. Rosenberg was incredible, as was his assistant Jeff. They were always there to guide me and to ensure that this experience would not be devastating to my life. I used Jodat Law Group for my bankruptcy. They supplied all necessary paperwork- answered my questions, and spoke to me in a language I could understand. They literally held my hand every step of the way and made a very unpleasant situation a manageable experience. more

I would recommend Jodat for others and I will use them again as it relates to family law, bankruptcy, etc. I met with Gary Jodat for my consultation. He was informative and a straight shooter. The paralegals and assistants were responsive and attentive to my questions. Overall it was a good experience. more

Great experience 12/1/2010

I recently needed legal service and walked in to Jodat Law Group, Bradenton office. I walked in and talked to Mr. Jodat for about 20 minutes and signed up right away. I did my homework and turned it over to them. From there on my case was handle by Laurie Tecarr, and she was just awesome. I am very busy and have little free time.Laurie took care of all my documents and paperwork through phone, fax and email. When I finally met her in person, she was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. She answer all my questions and all I had to do was sign and be on my way. I left there feeling releif that everything was taken care of and if any problems arise, they will handle it well. I recommend Jodat Law Group, especially Laurie Tecarr, to anyone needing assistance. Call them now. more

I recently had a criminal case and a divorce case with the Jodat firm and had the greatest experience possible. The attorneys there are respectful, knowledgeable, and persistent. I got exactly what i wanted in both cases. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! more

Don't hire no one else 12/1/2010

If you need a criminal attorney, go to Jodat! My attorney Jamie was the truth, he got whatevr he wanted and then some. I had two co-defendents and I got far and away the best deal of all of us. Very cheap to. If you use anyone else, your crazy, trust me. more

Don't Ever Use This Firm 10/18/2010

Criminal defense from a joker who called himself Attorney Tracey Lee. Did not return repeated calls and if you can believe it one day he didn't even show up for court. He said he got stuck in his office! The public defender for the other guy did most of the work and got the same deal. $3500 literally wasted. Please, please don't get sucked in by these people. more
