It was a tough decision for me to even approach an attorney for my situation, but Melanie Newby took the time to explain the entire process and what I could expect. From there, Laurie Tecarr was my contact (although I was still able to reach Melanie via email if I needed to). Laurie was top-notch and put my mind at ease more than a few times along the way. Jeff at the Sarasota office was a consummate professional every time I had to stop by. Everything happened the way they said it would, and even more timely than originally anticipated. I had a very good experience with this firm and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
