Jo-Ann Fabrics has quite a variety of crafting and home decor. But beware! If you plan on buying fabric, or any other merchandise that needs to be measured and cut, be prepared to wait a very long time. \r

For the third time, I left the store without a purchase. Not because I didn't find what I was looking for, but because the line at the fabric-cutting counter was so long. There were at least 10 people in line waiting for fabric to be cut. There were only 2 employees at the fabric-cutting counter. A third employee came to help, but after helping one customer she left! After waiting 15 minutes, I finally ditched my fabric and walked out of the store. \r

Some of the customers waiting in line were elderly. I mean, white hair, arthritic fingers, and leaning on shopping carts for support elderly. How long does Jo-Ann Fabrics expect these elderly people to wait in line to get their fabric cut? And then you have to wait in line at the check-out counter. \r

Everybody is busy these days, and unless Jo-Ann Fabrics improves their processes, I will not be shopping at any of their stores.
