I have been shopping at joanne's for years this was my first time at this store and they have Horrible customer service one of the worst I've ever saw, from employees to management. Had an employee scream at my 9year old daughter twice both times for harmless things when reported to management no apology but was told the employee had bad kids, which DOES NOT in anyway give her rights to scream at other people's children! Good thing about big cities I have more choices like Michaels and hobby lobby. Because of the staff in this store Joanne's just lost a 30 year customer. Never has my daughter been miss treated in a bad way like this by anyone. To the women that had to yell I am tyring to raise a respectful citizen so I used you as an example of how not to act or treat others I Explained your immaturity and your huge lack of respect to my daughter so she understands how cruel people can be and why she don't want to act the way you did. I'm sorry you have trouble with your children but not all kids are disrespectful. I hope you can learn something good from this
